This of course happened in a brutal heat wave and with a heat exacerbated medical condition. Priority did everything in their power to make it right. Diego provided us with the service and has been amazing. The office manager Cassandra is wonderful! Jennifer too. They went above and beyond in every way and ended up buying the part the part for us at their own expense and even bringing us rolling air conditioners to use for free while waiting on the manufacturer. Love these guys. Highly recommend.

Contacted them to do a backflow test. I was told they would need to come out and do an estimate. They were 45 minutes late and then gave me an estimate without even looking at the pipe. They wanted to charge me $269. Another company had giving me pricing without even coming to look and it was $88. They charged me $69 for just coming out and looking at it. How unethically can a company be, they purposefully had the technician come out so they would get money from me either way.
