  Such an amazing company! They got me out of a really tough situation. I can’t remember the text information but I do remember Cassandra in the office helping me out booking the appointment. She didn’t make me feel like I was getting taken advantage of or anything. She walked me through step-by-step of what was gonna happen the day of my appointment and what to expect. Most places I call make me feel like I don’t know anything and hide pricing for me as well.

  Great experience with both plumbing and HVAC services provided. Very thorough and knowledgeable with the several plumbing and HVAC projects they assisted me with. You did a great job and I would recommend priority plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable company. Thank you Josh, Levi and Ben for all your help and hard work with the various projects! You all were fantastic to work with.

  These guys replaced a garbage disposal a year ago. I was having a loud grinding sound come from the sink today. Although I am a "member" with another plumbing business, I decided to call back Priority Plumbing because they originally installed it. I knew it was out of warranty but figured they would know the appliance better since they put it in. What I appreciated was that they didn't charge a travel fee AND they came same day with a window from 5-7 PM. I appreciated the late time window because it made it easier for me (with work) and they were accommodating. And the lady that answered the phone (and coordinated) was pleasant.
