  I would not recommend this company. The communication and professionalism were extremely disappointing. Instead of them calling me to explain that they were going to be late, I had to call them again and again (3 times) ultimately, I had to wait 4 hours past the agreed-upon time. With no communication on their end Also, they would not let me speak with a manager when I tried to address the situation. Due to their delays, I had to pay my own crew to stand around and wait, costing me additional time and money. Things happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and the audacity of them to not only show up late and be unprofessional, but not even complete the job is what really made this experience frustrating. I expected much better service and professionalism. At the very end, they told me that the manager would contact me which he never did, but I’m not surprised at this point because of their previous behaviors and their continuous lying even up till now. Which is why I absolutely would not recommend this company.

  We are new home owners and experienced a water leak and a minor gas leak after a hail storm, we called Jim Needham and a service technician, Dustin Williams, was here within 1 hour to access the damage. Not only did he thoroughly access the issues in detail and answer all of our questions/concerns, he checked our water heater, sump pump, and water pressure as a kind gesture. He was honest, detailed, professional, highly knowledgeable, and down to earth. We will definitely be doing business with them for as long as they service our area! Great experience, great business - highly recommend them!

  Taylor did an amazing job flushing our tankless water heater- what was really appreciated was the extra time he took to answer our broader plumbing questions, make thoughtful recommendations, and give good advice. He was friendly and very professional.

  Gabe and Mikel did a great job installing my new AC system. They were professional, very courteous and pleasant, and communicated thoroughly about what they were doing and what I needed to know upon completion of the job (patiently explaining the thermostat, how to replace the filter, and how to clean the outside unit. ). Excellent service. Andrew the sales rep/technician who first came out to do an estimate was also fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all giving me what made the most sense for me. He gave me complete trust in Jim Needham the company, and is the reason I selected this company. He also gave me total confidence that I was making the right choice for type of system.

  Unfortunately they never showed up. Had an appointment Thursday between 2p-5pm. No show. Texted saying they were stuck on a job and would be at my house 10am the next morning (Friday). 4pm now and still nobody showed up. I took 2 unpaid days off work to wait and the leak is only getting worse. Now it will be a weekend fee for other companies to come help us. Really bad experience and when I called repeatedly for an update I was told “he’s finishing up he will be there shortly”. 6 hours still waiting.
