  We recently had GS Exterior Experts replace our house siding, we're very happy with the Hardie board and the overall service from GS. Oswald, our project manager, was friendly and ensured we were satisfied with the work. And the crew worked really hard to get the job done quickly. Would recommend!

His team showed up and worked hard everyday! We love the transformation they created! They’re diligent and do nice work. We had a couple repairs needed and they were very accommodating.   From start to finish, my experience with GS Exterior Experts was outstanding. I had Hardie fiber cement siding, new ember resistant vents and soffits, trim, fascia board, and gutters with ember resistant screens installed — a significant project — and every phase went smoothly. Owner Keith Vigil was incredibly detailed and transparent with the scope of work and cost estimate. I genuinely appreciated this, as it was not always the case with some other companies I contacted. The installation crew did excellent work. The quality was top-notch, and they wrapped up each day with thorough cleanup — a small thing that makes a big difference. The teamwork among the crew was evident throughout. Project Manager Oswald Hernandez was a true professional. He was always available to answer questions, stayed on top of every detail — scheduling, materials, team coordination — and kept me informed on the status of the job from day one. On top of all that, he was just a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend GS Exterior Experts for any exterior project. With the job is assigned to Oswald and team, you're in great hands!

  GS Exterior Experts installed James Hardie siding for us and we are very pleased with both the process and the result. Scheduling and contracting were easy, and the installation was efficient and on time. Due to a knowledgeable, hardworking and professional project manager (Oswald Hernandez), the communication on this project was flawless. Oswald was very responsive, easy to reach and kept the whole process flowing through his interactions between us, the office and various contractors/subcontractors. I would hire this company again, but only if Oswald was our project manager on the next project. I also want to give a shoutout to Wilson and his crew, who were the siding installers on our project. They worked tirelessly, kept the work areas clean, were very proficient at the various aspects of their job, and if we had specific requests, they were quick to address them. We are happy to have selected GS Exteriors after interviewing several siding contractors and highly recommend them.

  We contracted with GS Exterior Experts in May of 2025 for a complete siding job, 23 new windows, and all new gutters. In August of 2025 windows had arrived and the on-site work started. Almost immediately they discovered that one window was missing and four were completely the wrong size. So they went as far as they could until new windows arrived, and work stopped before the end of August of 2025. The wrong-sized windows were stacked in my garage and they said they would pick them up later. After multiple calls they finally picked up the windows out of our garage in December of 2025, but only after I said I would donate them to Habitat for Humanity. I kept asking but could not get a status update on when the job would be finished. Finally, in February of 2026 (5.5 months after work had stopped) they came back and finished the job. There are multiple important things to note about the job that GS did: 1. The siding was done very well and professionally. Jaime, the lead for the siding crew kept up good communication with us, let us make choices along the way, and responded quickly to items we needed corrected. The only issue I had with them is they were careless with some of their scaffolds, which resulted in roof leaks in two bedrooms, but GS did come back to fix the leaks and the interior paint that was damaged. 2. The subcontractor that did the window install (Eliseo was the lead) did a great job on the install, even though they had issues with the windows being wrong. 3. As a company, GS doesn't really do windows even though they say they do. Before the windows were ordered they had their main window guy (Dennis) come out to do detailed measurements, and I wrote down all the numbers as I followed him through the house. Unfortunately it appears that they didn't actually use those numbers when they ordered them. Before they ordered the windows I asked several questions that no one seemed able to answer. 4. GS ordered the windows through a lumber yard, and when they arrived at the lumber yard GS just wanted to schedule the delivery and install. I had suggested they should send someone over to the lumber yard to confirm measurements, but for some reason GS ignored that obvious idea. Instead, they scheduled times for us and the crews of people to be here, which then had to be cancelled with a window was missing or the wrong sized. 5. GS was horrible at communication with us as a customer. During the long wait I sent multiple texts and emails. Some were ignored, and those that were not ignored were answered with various delays or excuses, with no actual status updates. The main person we were dealing with (who was also who we signed the contract with) was apparently fired right before the new windows arrived in Feb-2026. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend GS for James Hardie Siding and gutter replacement. On the other hand, I don't think I would ever recommend them for replacement windows.
