  Fair work for an exorbitant price. Needed garage door springs replaced and some additional repairs. I agreed to work order because I had to get my car out of the garage asap. I do not recommend this company.

  Conner came right on time. He fixed the issue with my garage door pretty quick. He also answered all of my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I definitely recommend CR Garage Doors.

  After researching highly recommended garage door companies in the area, I contacted Castle Rock (CR) Garage Doors, and I’m very glad I did. One of our garage doors had started stopping as it went up and was making very loud noises when opening and closing. Bailey (tech) took the time to show me and my husband exactly what was causing the problem. He explained that the existing springs were not the correct weight for our garage door, which was causing it to operate roughly and noisily. Bailey replaced the springs with the correct ones and also replaced the worn bearings. I especially appreciated his honesty in letting us know that our existing garage door motor was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. What a difference! Our garage door now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Bailey was knowledgeable, thorough, and honest, and we had a great experience with CR Garage Doors from start to finish.   Joe and Conner were great to work with! Conner did a great job of troubleshooting and identifying that a different company that had replaced our springs just 9 months ago had not only used the wrong springs but had not installed them correctly causing the rod and springs to pull away from the wall and twist and torque everything. After replacing all of the mis-installed and damaged parts it was still less than when I had the springs replaced by the other company in January. I would highly recommend CR Garage Doors and will definitely use them going forward!
