  I had the pleasure of working with Bo after our outdoor AC unit stopped working following a neighborhood power outage. We lost power for about two hours one evening, and once it was restored, our house wasn’t cooling properly. I noticed the indoor blower was running, but the outdoor AC unit’s fan wasn’t turning on. Bo quickly diagnosed the issue by running several tests and determined that the AC unit itself wasn’t the problem. Instead, the issue was with the fuse box supplying power to the outdoor unit. After troubleshooting and making the necessary adjustments, he was able to get the outdoor unit back up and running, and the house started cooling almost immediately. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated that Bo took the time to educate me on how my HVAC system works, what normal operating temperatures should look like, and what to watch for if issues arise in the future. He also gave me excellent recommendations on the best air filters for my home and explained why they were the right choice. Bo was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest throughout the entire visit. His willingness to explain everything made me feel much more confident about maintaining my HVAC system. Because of the outstanding experience, I signed up for AIM HIGH HVAC’s maintenance membership and have already scheduled my biannual HVAC maintenance and cleaning. I won’t be using anyone else for my HVAC needs moving forward. I highly recommend Bo and the entire team at AIM HIGH HVAC! They earned a customer for life.

  Came and diagnosed the issue quickly with an option to add the additional part on the same visit. I don't appreciate the manufacturer not covering a new part needed to stop the breaker from tripping, but that doesn't reflect on the excellent service and professionalism we received.

  A few weeks ago, Bo came out to service and repair our AC unit which was not cooling reliably. I had to travel out of town extensively since then but have had a chance to run the AC quite a bit these past couple of weeks and it’s working like a champ! Extremely satisfied with Bo and Aim High HVAC with the service quality, responsiveness and pricing too! HIGHLY recommend!

  A plus for this company and all the staff. I bought a furnace and heat pump which was installed today. Everything went without a hitch. All of the staff that I dealt with which includes sales, office, and installation are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, are willing to assist in any way. I can't thank them enough for making this a pleasant experience. I can highly recommend this business.
