My relationship with Aim High started in November of last year (about 9 months ago) when I had a furnace issue on which my previous provider was failing to act promptly. Aim High delivered and I’ve since had them out seven times in total for various repairs and maintenance. It’s been a great experience each time.
Most recently, Bo and Cody installed a new water heater for me. Bo had been out a couple times before, including for furnace maintenance. They were both knowledgeable, professional, respectful of the property, and willing to answer questions about my systems and their products and services. Prior to that, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Sean for a quick fix, Addison for A/C maintenance, Rex for furnace repair, and Damien for the initial furnace diagnosis (plus a quick fix that got me up and running until repair). They’ve all been excellent. McKenna has been great to work with on the scheduling and administrative side as well. You can probably find someone cheaper but Aim High’s prices have been reasonable and justified by the quality of service and the trust I feel in having them out. Their monthly program is well worth the cost. It’s a relief to know that I have someone reliable to call when I need maintenance or when issues arise.

The whole team was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, especially Bo as he was the main technician. He was able to diagnose the issue and was also able to help us fix our breaker (with help from Carlos). A few days later they arrived with the replacement compressor and were able to get it swapped out in a few hours.
Bo was willing to walk us through the issues and the steps required to repair it.
We had talked to a couple of places prior and they weren’t nearly as helpful and we were definitely unsatisfied.
Definitely recommend these guys for any HVAC issues as they went above and beyond to help us feel taken care of.

I can’t say enough great things about Aim High HVAC and Rex, our most recent technician. First, scheduling was a breeze and able to get an appointment next day. Rex arrived and took the time to understand the symptoms and what I had tried. Rex was quickly able to diagnose and correct the main issue. In doing so, he also discovered a second issue which needed to be addressed. Fortunately he was able to get my system back up and running and was able to total pro through the whole process.
Both issues were a result of me being lax on routine maintenance. I signed back up for the membership which will pay for itself by extending the life of our system.
Thank you Aim High!
Thank you Rex!

I have been paying a monthly membership fee specifically because I was promised priority, same-day service if my HVAC system ever failed. That peace of mind is exactly what I believed I was purchasing.
After returning home from being out of town, I discovered that my air conditioning was completely out. I called expecting the level of service that was represented when I signed up, only to be told that the earliest available appointment was one week away.
If paying a monthly membership fee still results in being placed in the same queue as customers who do not pay for priority service, then I have to question what, exactly, I have been paying for. If staffing shortages or high demand prevent the company from honoring the benefits it advertises, then those benefits should not be sold as part of a paid membership! If I receive a response stating anything different than what I’m stating then you need to have discussions with your technicians cause that was what I was told when mine arrived on my last visit.
What was even more disappointing was the response I received when I asked to cancel my membership. There was no attempt to address my concerns, offer a solution, or retain my business. It was simply canceled without any apparent concern that the service being provided did not match the promises that were made.
I expected a company that values its customers and stands behind the services it sells. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I paid for peace of mind, and when I actually needed it, it wasn’t there.
