Julian was thorough and explained everything he did in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend him.

Our experience with Aim High HVAC has been top notch - from initial questions, assessments, and install all the way to customer service and follow up. We recently had one of their technicians named Bo out to complete the install and verify everything on our new furnace and AC connections was working properly, and he was as friendly and professional as they come. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like your HVAC needs are top priority. I can’t thank them enough for the great work they’ve done and will continue to use them in the future!

We have used Aim High again and again and have not been disappointed in any of the technicians. All very professional, polite, clean and most importantly - knowledgeable. Our technician this time was Rex. He did a fabulous job, solved the problem quickly, was on time, and extremely polite. We appreciate this business! My only feedback is I always ask for a "representative" when I call. I don't like the "AI" operator. The personal on the phone are always so kind and get me what I need. Would much rather talk to a human, but I understand AI operators are the way companies are going now.
