  Tim was awesome! He came to do our water test and explained the whole process thoroughly. Unfortunately we were unable to buy the service today but we will recommend to others and call back in a few years at our next house!!

  Seemed like a good idea. I wouldn't recommend this company due to the fact they have very incompetent people working there. Between Debbie and the girl that answers the phones on the weekend you can never get replacement parts unless you call 3 or 4 times to keep reminding them, then the tell you something like "oh ive dealt with you before" 17k for absolite crap customer service. Then the installer telling me the piece thats leaking isn't leaking that was great. Im sure that will be another 200 bucks even though they sent the leaking part after a month of waiting and calling every week to see where it was

  Found L&L through the Home Depot water test package. Originally allowed for the in home presentation so we could get an understanding of how rough our water quality was. After a typical in-home pitch, we decided to move forward. Cody was super knowledgeable and made sure that we fully understood what we were purchasing, how it impacted our pockets in the long run and got us some soap products to go along with the filtration system. I will be following up once the install is complete, but have had a great experience so far!

  Timothy came by and did an awesome job walking us through the water filtration systems they have available. He was patient and took his time answering all our questions. Although we didn’t pull the trigger I am grateful to have had a conversation with him about things and will consider L&L in the future when we are ready to make that move.

  I just had the pleasure of getting a serious water education from Tim with L&L Systems, and WOW, I had no idea how much I didn’t know about the water coming out of our faucets! You just assume that living in a city means you’re getting the best water possible, but Tim walked us through several tests and showed us firsthand what can still be present in our water, as well as just how hard our water really is. The visuals and experiments were honestly the most eye-opening part. Seeing everything right in front of you makes a huge difference, it was like a fun little science class right in our own home! At one point, he even demonstrated how the minerals and dissolved solids in our tap water can conduct electricity and light up a lightbulb. Talk about getting your attention! 😂 I also never really thought about how hard water can affect your pipes, water heater, appliances, fixtures, and everything else over time. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was testing and what we were seeing along the way. I highly recommend having L&L Systems come out and test your water so you can see it for yourself. We definitely learned a lot, and it gave us plenty to think about when it comes to our water and possibly adding a filtration system in the future. Thank you, Tim!
