  I don’t have nothing bad to say about their work because they stopped communicating with me via email before I could get them out to do work lol. Bad business to just completely ignore a customer mid conversation when I ask a question and they never replied.

  Had a hard time finding a plumber that served the Red Feather Lakes area. Limelight did service the area. They were professional and the techs were friendly, prompt and did a great job. Thank you for the wonderful experience will definitely use them again!

  Had out for furnace humidifier repair. Gave me quote for $800 and I paid while they ordered parts. After a month I had no contact from them. I must of called 6 times over the next month and was told they would talk to service person and get back to me. No one would ever get back. I finally reached the owner after 2 months and he said he would get back. Didn’t hear from him so called again and he got back and apologized and said they would come out and fix or give me my money back, which I chose the refund. Didn’t hear for another week and reached him again and he said he would do it that day. I did get a email that they were processing immediately and would be 3-5 days. 4 days now and nothing yet. Hoping to get it shortly. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with and would never recommend to anyone.

  I’ve used Limelight Services many times now for both my home and my rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about the experiences I’ve had with their team. They’ve helped me with a variety of issues over time, and regardless of who comes out or what I need help with, everyone has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A big shoutout to Brittany, who has been incredible to work with on the scheduling and coordination side. She is always extremely responsive and has been so accommodating and understanding when working around my sometimes-difficult schedule. Having someone so helpful and easy to communicate with when you’re trying to coordinate home repairs makes such a difference, so much appreciation for her! I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Justin, Kyler, Brayden, Jeremiah, and Robert, and have had great experiences with every one of them. They’ve been knowledgeable, professional, personable, and willing to take the time to answer questions and explain things along the way. I especially appreciate feeling like I can trust the recommendations I’m being given rather than feeling pressured into unnecessary work. Between owning my home and having a rental property, there always seems to be something that needs attention — and it’s such a relief to have one company I know I can call for so many different things. Limelight has consistently made those situations easier, from the person coordinating the appointment to the technicians doing the work. It’s rare to have this many positive experiences with so many different people within the same company. Limelight has absolutely earned my trust and will continue to be my first call. Highly recommend them and their entire team!

  New Heat Pump needed after 25-year old AC unit failed. I contacted multiple companies to quote repairing or replacing my AC unit and, after a lot of research and comparison, I chose Limelight to install a new Heat Pump system. Of course this all happened during 2 weeks of ~100 °F temperatures. Chris quoted multiple options with and without a new furnace. Being on a fixed income, we chose to keep the existing furnace in place until it reaches end of life. He was great about explaining the project components and was able to get us substantial rebate credits from our local utility companies. Fortunately, all the parts were in stock so they were able to do the job within 2 days. Coner and John were very professional installers. They had a little mishap with some freon line RX11 cleaner leaking onto the basement carpet but Limelight sent a carpet cleaning company out the next day and got it taken care of. Things can happen on projects but the way they took care of it impressed me and is a testament to how they treat and respect their customers. The house is nice and cool again! Would definitely use Limelight in the future.
