  Recently painters had pulled the garage door opener cord in order to lift the door a couple times to paint around the garage door. They didn't flip the gadget back when they left. I saw Select's $39 tune up and since I'm not good with that stuff thought I'd ask them how that gets flipped so it works again. After "I'll probably have to take it apart" - buy my $189 whatever, I realized he wasn't there for a minor tune up. He finally flipped the little gadget so it would work, which took a second, but had an ugly attitude about it. According to Jeff I took advantage of his knowledge, etc. Wow - if he couldn't flip a little part over for $39, I'll never use them again. It didn't need a repair, just a little switch moved.

  Geol was really great. Select Garage helped us replace our system a few years ago but unfortunately it broke down. I was happy to see they had a 24/7 phone number, and were happy to send someone the next day. There was no fee for having him come out to diagnose the issue and the system was replaced under their warranty. I asked about prevention so he offered another service to help prevent breakage and bring the door back into alignment. Goel was honest, up front, and didn't push any services.

  We had an appointment set for Friday after my appointment at the therapist. We did not get a phone call from the worker so we had another company come out on Saturday and fix our garage door.
