  I had have one toilet fixed, then I had to have thermostat replaced on my water heater and a week or so later I had to call and get someone in to replace leaking water heater at which time they found a leak under the house which Daniel Robbins (electrician) had to come in and lay a line for the electrical water heater. Damian Plumber) came did the replacement water heater and leak under the house. Dealing with these young men (Daniel and Damian) was a pleasure. They worked very hard and were there for when I needed them the most. The dispatchers that answered your after hours calls were terrible. I nearly begged them to just tell WHERE I could just turn the water off. I had no idea and ended up calling 911. They advised me they could not give any advice as it was not allowed. Can you imagine how many problems that could have been solved if they were trained right? But Fort Collins Heating couldn’t haven’t given better service. They were great!!!!

  From beginning to end, great customer service. Randy was so knowledgeable, nice, responded quickly to all of our questions through the estimate process. Hailey in the office was great, and was able get us in sooner than first planned. Camron, Jason and the electricians were professional, courteous and fast. Glad we found this company!

  We discovered a gas leak on a Monday. Fort Collins Heating and Air sent someone out on Tuesday to take a look. Damien, our technician, was excellent. Professional, punctual and communicative. Communication from the office was not the best (for example, they did not make it clear initially that they’d have to wait for permitting to get the work done and struggled to answer many of our questions) and we had to pay over $2000 to have five small gas leaks fixed. We understand this is serious work, and we’re grateful it’s getting fixed, but we are disappointed with the price and the timeline. Perhaps it’s just the ways things are. We likely will not get our gas turned on until Monday next week. We’re lucky this happened in the summer.

  Josh, our first consulting contact with Origin/Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He Listened to our needs & Budget requirements. We choose a system that will work very well for us. We liked working with Josh. Lucas & Fabian the installation professionals were absolutely stellar, knowledgeable, & very pleasant. Not messy & cleaned up all areas after installation was completed. We would absolutely recommend Origin/Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone wanting a fair price, great professionalism of Josh, Lucas & Fabian & the great work they did.
