Well, the day was not going as planned… But with the schedule to arrive between 12 and 2 PM,Daniel showed up around 3:30 PM with assistance from Chuck, a Senior technician, to install our new Bradford 50 gallon hot water tank. But as the day progress, Murphy’s Law was present in that the hot water tank that was on the truck was not the correct one. The guys had to open up Ferguson supply to get the correct 50 gallon tank. Well, I was impressed the guys did make it happen! Within 2 1/2 hours they installed this new tank. We were impressed at the level of professional teamwork they displayed. Synchronized precise Installation was performed like a well oiled machine. Hats off to Fort Collins Heating & Air. We are looking forward to working with you in the future!

I called on a Saturday and I was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. Danny was great. He was able to diagnose and give us estimates for two options. He completed the work efficiently and super clean work. We will definitely be return customers.

Origin Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical just completed my new HVAC system! New furnace and heat pump! The install team was top notch from start to finish. They communicated with me through every aspect of the process, and were professional and committed to doing a great job for me. They respected my personal property and cleaned everything up spotlessly! I highly recommend this company!

Before today if anyone had asked me what is the world’s most technical job, I probably would’ve said something like nuclear physicist or aerospace engineer. But after Marshall’s visit today, my answer would be plumber. Last evening while taking a shower I had the terrifying experience of having the single lever faucet fall off and having no way to turn off the water. I managed to jam the faucet back in and turn off the water, but did not dare to turn the water back on and risk not being able to turn it off. Thank goodness Marshall and his company were available to come on a Saturday. I had no idea that a water faucet is such an intricate contraption. Fortunately, Marshall was well versed in and unintimidated by all those intricacies. He was able to get the faucet working so showers can be taken until replacement parts arrive and are installed. Tonight I took the most wonderful shower I’ve ever taken, thanks to Marshall and Origin Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the three people that worked on finding our challenging gas leak. Damian, Dan H and Daniel R worked through a maze of black pipe and CSST flex hose secured inside attics, walls, and tight truss-space to untangle how 4 gas fireplaces, an on-demand hot-water heater, and a gas stove were configured in its intricate design. This involved removing dry wall in several areas and navigating 2x4's in awkward sloped ceiling space. After replacing the flex hose (a nail pierced the hose causing a slow leak) they also drafted a schematic of the gas lines for easy identification purposes should we need them in the future. The professionalism of these three men was beyond impressive. This task was difficult frustrating and they handled every new issue with so much positive energy and grace. They represent the best of character in problem-solving traits, courtesies, tailored skill-sets and envious communication skills. They were a delight to work with and represent their company with complete integrity.
