  Gabriel was super professional and he knows his stuff. Very grateful for him and for Haining for getting my AC buck up and running! They were super on top of tracking down parts needed and were able to get me serviced! Thanks again Gabriel and the Haining Team!

  Called in to get my ac looked at, had it scheduled with in 10 minutes and the tech gabe was out at my house with in 20 minutes of making the appointment. Although the news was not what I wanted they got me fixed up! Thank you

  Adam was my technician. He was out twice and the problem still wasn’t fixed. The second time he replaced the filter on my Breezaire which I had been told at the beginning of the season were fine for another season. But we’ve had a lot of smoke from the fires so it made sense. I still didn’t have cool air. The 3rd time, they sent out another technician, Darin. He was great. Cool air within an hour! However— this all came at quite a cost. If the job had been done right the first time I wouldn’t have had the expense of all the service and “show up” fees, and perhaps not the filter this year. I’ll wonder about that for a long time.

  I would highly recommend Haining Home Services. Lucas and Garrett were AWESOME. They were very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and explained everything in detail. We definitely will be using them in the future. We greatly appreciate the great job they did for us. Julie Payne-Pitzer

  Brian was our tech. He was very personable. He was also very knowledgeable about what was going on with our unit. He showed me what the problem was and how it affected the damaged unit. He offered the ongoing maintenance program. Made sure everything was working correctly before he left and even put in my new filter for me. I was very satisfied with his service.
