  Groundworks put two helical piers into the ground which will prevent further settling of our foundation. Their service was efficient and professional. I was impressed with the crew they sent to us. Namely Blake Weaver, Devin Hawkins, and Cal Bilyeu have earned the gratitude of the Paradise Theatre of Paonia.

  Tom was amazing!! The email I got to verify my appointment said it would be up to 90 minutes. He has been here for 3 hours. He has been professional the entire time and never once complained about being here to long. Tom actually inspected my crawl space better than the home inspector did before I bought this place. I’d say two thumbs up for ground works and two thumbs up for Tom!!

  Trevor came out and we talked about not only what was/could create issues but gave me several options to address the issue. The estimate was free. The estimate is good for 30 days. But the work does is serviced and warranties for 5 years. He even build a quick blueprint of the house and showed me where the ground was settling. Thanks Trevor.

  10 out of 10, all the way around the board, one of the most professional experiences I've had with a contractor. Our project manager, Andrew Rome was excellent, he didn't oversell what we needed only what was necessary, and was forthright with any concerns we had. Very important: what he sold us is exactly what we got when the crew was done, there were no caveats, or hidden costs, or untalked about limitations. I can't speak for all the crews Groundsworks has, but if they're like the one we got, with Blake Weaver, Gabriel Ortega and Devin Hawkins, you're going to be pleased. These guys came in and knocked out some serious work on some rough soil in no time-- very impressive. Blake was in contact the entire time to answer any questions and explain the various stages of Groundworks process as they did them. He was also wonderful with my elderly, hard of hearing father. To be honest, if I didn't see them dig out several feet of hard-pan soil I would have pegged them for working in customer service because they were just naturally friendly and helpful. I just recently had my work done, so I can't speak to the longetivity of the work done, but with as professional as the entire process was I'm not even remotely concerned because I'm certain it was done right-- that just seems to be who they are.
