  Called ahead to check product availability. Verified price, and triple checked to make sure they had it. Once I was certain, drove an hour and fourth five minutes one way to pickup the product. I drove all the way back to a remote site and tore the old catalyst material out renedering both units completely unusable and began toinstall the material. After a couple hours of installation and tinkering, i found out they had sold me steel wool or something other completely inert material. not catalyst. I only asked for catalyst. I clarified multiple times I needed catalyst. I chose doubletree rather than a competitor whom also had it because of how kind and reassuring the individual on the phone was. I spent 4 hours in just travel time to pick up product from a seemingly trustworthy supplier, and was left high and dry, effectively losing an entire day or work for nothing. Thanks doubletree heating, really cool.

  This is the only heating and cooling company I will do business with in our western slope area. Knowledgeable, professional, and customer service driven to take care of your needs in an honest manner. I highly recommend and it is worth the drive to go outside the area for quality and trust worthy service.
