- SYShanna YoderApr 29, 20265.0Customer service with John was amazing! We called as we were looking for a particular sub flooring product that one of the big box stores carry. John said he’d research it to see if they could get it for us. And less than two days later, he called and left a voicemail that it must be an exclusive to that store or limited in markets. In a day and age where subpar customer service seems to be the norm, John went the extra mile to share his insights, even when they would not be able to make a sale on this product. Wow, thank you, John!
