  We use High 5 for everything now (HVAC, MEP), because they do things right the first time, they're on time, and their price reflects the quality of work and materials. Most recently Nathan San Nicolas fixed a number of electrical issues that we've been dealing with for a long time. Like all the tradesmen we've met at High 5, Nathan was professional, knowledgable, and just a good dude.

  Had a water leak in the basement. Called High 5 Plumbing on a Saturday, and they were out within an hour or so. There was a pinhole in the line, which required the local water supplier to shut off the water at the street. I continued to collect the water in a bucket until the water was turned off at the street on Monday. High 5 Plumbing came back out and replaced the 36-year-old line right away. All the people I talked to and the technicians who came out were very polite and professional. The techs cleaned up the area before they left. I had full disclosure on cost before work started. I recommend them and would use them again.

  Brian and Louis were exceptional. My daughter has special needs, so they were super respectful of our space. They set my system on auto pilot. They checked everything and I feel like they gave me the right recommendations and weren’t trying to upsell me on anything. Extremely thorough, over the top knowledgeable, very professional and the service and trip fees were reasonable. Highly recommend.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Over priced for starters. But I thought I was hiring professional electricians. Nope. I've done better jobs myself and I should have just done this one too. Guy cut the hole for can lights on a beam. No room for the can light. Then I was gas lit for having my ceilings finished before they cut the hole. They came back out and recut the holes and said they would send a dry wall repair guy or to fix it. Don't know when that's going to happen. The ceiling fan box they put in upstairs is so loose I wouldn't dare put a ceiling fan in let alone just a plain light fixture. They broke the pin on my electrical panel so it won't stay closed, they have to order the new pin. Asked for them to run the washer/dryer hook up to the second floor. They pulled the wire and put in a box, no receptacles were put in when I inquired about why they said "oh we usually wait for the drywall guy to finish the trim." Uh huh. When were you going to tell me that? Mess from top to bottom. Don't use these guys. Update: they still haven't fixed my electrical panel. It's been over three weeks.

  John was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in helping figure out what exactly was going on in my house with the plumbing. He came up with a couple solutions and offered me choices of what I would like to pursue. He was very good at explaining all the details of the parts and their functioning and quality, and in the end did an awesome job in repairing what was our problem. It was quite a task to figure it all out, but he did it efficiently knowledgeably and professionally! I will be using them again for any electrical plumbing or HVAC needs!
