  I’ve used NCA for years. Always had great service. Owner reached out to me personally to help solve an issue which is amazing, no one provides customer service like that these days. I look forward to using NCA in years to come for all my commercial projects.

  Northern Air and Benjamin came to the rescue once again. On a Saturday afternoon, with temperatures approaching 90 degrees, our air conditioning stopped working. I called Northern Air, and the answering service paged the on-call technician. Within a short period of time, I received a callback and was happy to hear Benjamin's voice on the other end of the line. He had been to our house before for preventive maintenance, and his work is always very thorough. Within an hour or so, he arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running. It took less than two hours from the time I originally called until our system was repaired and working again. I would certainly rather not have to have my HVAC system repaired, but when I do, I know I can count on Northern Air.

  Northern Air replaced our AC at our home. Great experience, very professional technician that explained everything very thoroughly to my wife and I, gave us different options. The follow up was excellent, we'll definitely continue to use Northern for our HVAC in the future

  We had an excellent experience with Northern Air. They serviced three rooftop HVAC units at a bank building we own in Fort Collins after another contractor provided a much more expensive repair estimate. Northern Air performed a thorough diagnostic, identified a different root cause, and was able to get all three units running again at a fraction of the cost. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with a company that focuses on solving the problem rather than selling unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend Northern Air.

  I highly recommend Northern Air for the routine maintenance service plan. The multi-point inspection, cleaning and preventative maintenance makes my life easier, gives me more time to do other honey do's and gives me total peace of mind knowing my system is ready for every scenario in every season Colorado's wild weather gives us!
