  Today's appointment with Northern Air was just a routine maintenance visit. Ken was on time and very professional/knowledgeable in bringing me up to date on my equipment. Fortunately, all was well but I did have questions, since both my furnace and air conditioner are original to my 20 year old house. I feel comfortable going forward should any problems arise. I have been a client for about 8 years and will continue to use Northern Air .

  Northern Air is a fantastic company. Several years ago they installed a heating and AC system for me and just recently, a tankless water heater. Scott was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for a job well done!

  Matt is a former trumpet student of my late husband. We have known him for years. He knows where everything is at our house, knows to park in the back, keeps our 20+ year old air conditioner going, and I trust him to come in and fix stuff whether I'm here or not.

  Benjamin was very helpful and thorough getting our furnace back up and running. He made sure to get the other parts clean from buildup so that the replacement part would work best and made sure that all was running well before completing the job!

  Northern Air furnished and installed a new HVAC system in our home in April, 2026, replacing the original system furnished in the home in ca 2003. They provided a Lennox 3-ton outdoor compressor / condenser unit for use with R-454B refrigerant, and an indoor Intertherm furnace with ADP evaporator cooling coils for compact installation in a prefab building. We are very pleased we worked with Northern Air. They were prompt to provide a quotation, and they completed the installation within our desired time and at the price quoted. The installer demonstrated exceptional experience and professionalism, even taking extra steps to correct and improve some shortcomings in the previously existing system. In the weeks following installation, on three occasions they promptly visited our home responding to our phone calls to address improving some settings and to educate us on the performance of the new system. Each visiting service technician was competent, efficient, and very helpful advising us on the issues at hand. We have been comfortably cool and pleased with the system throughout this extremely hot summer. We believe we made an excellent choice in working with Northern Air.
