I can’t say enough good things about this company and the entire team. From beginning to end, they went above and beyond for us. They were reliable, showed up on time every single time, and every interaction we had with every employee was positive.
Everyone was incredibly respectful, professional, and conscientious about our home. When our AC went out during some of the hottest days of the summer, they did everything they could to keep us comfortable while we waited for the new system to be installed. That level of care meant more to us than they probably realize.
And did I mention they’re a local, family-owned business? That matters to me. They’re not a large corporation that has purchased a local company and continues operating under a familiar name to appear local. These are genuinely local people running a family business, and you can feel the difference in the way they treat their customers.
What really stood out, though, were the people. It’s rare to work with a company where you genuinely enjoy every person who walks through your door. By the time the installation was finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go!
I joked with my husband that I liked these people so much I wanted to become friends with them and invite their families over for dinner but honestly, I’m only half joking. 😂

Isaac was on time and very professional. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions promptly. No pressure for an "up sale" was also appreciated. Isaac was also understanding of how our guard dog needed to be moved around when he needed to check on different parts of the system. Satisfied with the service and will only be calling Long when we need HVAC services.

I evaluated all the local HVAC firms and concluded Long was in the top three. Got quotes from all three. Dillon was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence talking us through the options. I ran all three quotes through Chat and Claude and both strongly recommend the equipment recommendations from Long above the others. The fit was optimum and the price was very competitive, plus they would help me navigate the rebate matrix. When the day came for install we were extremely impressed with Chris, Caleb and Bryson. They went above and beyond to make the install aesthetically pleasing and they knew their stuff. Everything went smoothly just as promised. I’ve never had a better experience with an HVAC outfit. They are my go-to guys from now on!
