  Juan and Fabian from Fort Collins Heating and Air were fantastic to work with. They installed our ductless AC system quickly and professionally, and their attention to detail really showed. Even with the rain, they kept working hard and made sure everything was done right. The final result looks great and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. We’re extremely happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them and Fort Collins Heating &Air to anyone needing HVAC work.

  I cant express enough how refreshing it is to find a company that operates with honesty and integrity. I have an older AC system that I need to keep working for as long as possible, and Fort Collins Heating and Air did the repair with NO pressure to replace. Because of that I have scheduled an appointment for a replacement estimate. THANK YOU JASON, for a job well done and your genuine kindness! Five star employee for sure!

  I called Fort Collins Heating & Air to ask about availability for a plumbing issue and initially the scheduling seemed straightforward. Since they already had my information on file, I was considering booking the appointment. However, only after discussing scheduling was I told there would be a $168 fee just for someone to come out. Once I said I no longer wanted the appointment, I was told the person I was speaking with “couldn’t cancel it” and that I would have to call back another time to speak with someone else to get it canceled. If they were able to book the appointment, they should be able to cancel it in the same call

  Ronnie Rose installed a new whole house fan for us. It’s quiet and easily cleaned. Other companies had told us it was not possible to install one with this high of a flow rate, but Ronnie explained how it could work in a different part of the house and it works perfectly. He also repaired a disconnected bathroom fan duct, and changed our furnace to allow fresh air to enter the house when it is not too cold or too hot. We had also been told this was not possible, but Ronnie proved otherwise. He is a very good communicator and a competent installer.

  Fort Collins Heating & Air came out to replace our furnace and a/c unit. Adam, Bricein, and their crew got our furnace and heat running in one day and it was the day before the snow hit! Second day they came out, they spent most of the day outside while it was snowing to finish the job for the a/c side of things. They also installed our new smart thermostat and walked us through using it for the first time, scheduling heat/air cycles, and helped install the mobile app so we can control it from our phones. Super professional, clean work, and awesome customer service. 10/10 work from Adam, Bricein, and their crew!
