  They were responsive and easy to work with. David their tech was knowledgeable and even offered to grab a coffee or tea since he had to stop for gas on the way to our appointment. Professional and kind, will hire again if needed!

  Tuneup and new rollers. Aaron did a great job, however…I wasn’t sure about the price of the service. After investigating…I can get the same 6200Z premium sealed rollers (I needed 20 for 2 doors) for $83.00. Don’s charged me $807. I must’ve paid $700/hour for the labor since he was here 1 hour. I learned my lesson. I called to make sure there wasn’t a mistake. No…the invoice was correct. They offered a $75 refund to help with the “sticker shock”. I told her to keep the money…I just won’t use Don’s Garage Door service ever again. SMH.

  Nate came in a timely fashion and made certain my garage door worked properly. Tightened screws, oiled joints and gave me a report on what might be needed soon. The springs are 12 years old, so replacements soon. He replaced the Genie unit so I can open the door from the side of the house. Nate is located in FC which is very helpful. I will definitely call him in the future, he is very professional!

  I had a great experience with this garage door company. They were professional, kind, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear, and they showed up right on time, which we really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a company that is both reliable and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend!

  Drew was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. He came out to do a service call, but he realized it would cost nearly as much to do repairs as a new door. He guided us painlessly through the process of getting what we needed.
