  Dallas (technician) came out today and repaired the hot water copper supply line in the building. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his thoroughness in the repair process and also actually soldering in the replacement pipe rather than simply putting in a quick crimp connection. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Sasha did a fantastic job on the repair. He quickly identified the issue and determined that a new motor was needed. After learning that the replacement Motor would not arrive for 4 months, his manager Cory helped cover the cost for the replaced part at no further expense to me. Needless to say I will be an Allen service customer for life!

  I called Allen's Service because I wanted a company I could count on to show up on time and do the job right. Omar exceeded my expectations. He was professional, patient, calm, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. The job was completed efficiently, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'll definitely be using Allen's Service again and highly recommend them!

  Advertising Harassment, Disrespectful, & Won’t Help — I have never used Allen service. They may have bought out a company that I used to use, which is how I think they got my information. I have been requesting they stop contacting me since July of 2025. I have called them. I have used the form on their website. I have emailed them. This is the middle of June 2026, and they contacted me again. Yes, this has been going on for almost a year. They send mailings to my address, call, and email me. I’ve blocked their calls and emails, but now they are using a different phone number and email, so they are still getting through. They are relentless. They are harassing me with their advertising. They are very disrespectful and won’t listen to a potential customer. What do they do to actual customers? There is no way I will ever use this company.

  Matthew and Chillson were amazing. My ancient gas water heater went out just around dinner. Matthew walked me through my options and even stayed long to remove the water heater during the emergency visit so I could repair the subflooring. They couldn’t find a gas heater that would go in the space where my old one was, so they had to replace it with an electric heater. This meant I had to upgrade my electrical panel, which was not great. However Matthew and Chilli worked hard to make sure I had hot water and electricity before the weekend. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. Matthew was great with my dogs too. All in all a great experience from a bad situation. Definitely will be using Allen again and requesting Matthew and Chilli for any other work that I need done.
