- MMMissi Menke2 days ago5.0Aaron came to first asses our property for a hot tub electric line. He listened to our preferences and was super helpful in suggestions and gave several estimates/options. Once we confirmed one, they were out the same week right on time and exactly as we discussed. We will always use Blue Sky- employees do a great job and always reliable.

- JNJennifer NicholasAug 17, 20261.0When we already know what the problem is and we can specifically tell what circuit breaker it is and show it to someone on the panel, we shouldn’t have to pay $200 for somebody to do “diagnostics “. I also forgot that I had a bad experience with the HVAC, which turns out was under warranty and did in fact need a new motor that was replaced by AAA for free.
- ANAnatoly NirshbergAug 13, 20265.0Service was great. The tech was super knowledgable and accommodating in terms of scheduling and coming back when I got the part. Something worth mentioning that wasn't as positive was their AI Assistant via both phone and SMS. AI is great, but sometimes you need a human. I went back and forth with AI that kept making a mistake and there was no way to get out of that loop. Then a human picked up and was able to resolve the issue in minutes in the most satisfactory way possible.
