- DWDarrell Weddell6 days ago1.0One star. Writing this for other business owners. They solicited me. I did not call them. What we agreed to was a fire extinguisher inspection, nothing more. On site, the technician asked my service advisor if she wanted a quote. She said no, because she understood the job was the inspection we had already agreed to. He went ahead with hydrostatic testing and replaced extinguishers. The bill came back 259.98 dollars over. No written estimate, no dollar figure, no call to me. When I disputed it, the manager first agreed a credit was fair. After he talked to his technician, the answer became no because the tech said he had authorization. That is the part to watch. If somebody at your front counter says anything close to yes, they will treat it as approval for work nobody priced. Get your scope in writing, tell your people not to approve anything on site, and make them put a number in front of you before a tech touches a single extinguisher. They came looking for my business and lost it on the first job over 259.98 dollars. I paid it and I am done with them.

Very prompt replies and communicative. The inspection was very quick and simple. Only took a couple of minutes and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
