John was helpful and informative, demonstrating how our Sunsetter awning functions and advising us to gather more data from YouTube. Not Lacy, she explained everything concisely. Made our complicated (to the other 3 vendors I asked for quotes) seem easy and worked up a quote on her iPad on the spot. Today John, Josh, and Pedro did an amazing install. They were polite, professional and left everything spotless. They had to relocate the end of a steel railing, add and paint a 2X4, and cut through stone. SunSaver was also the most efficient in terms of (lead)Time and Money (overall cost)

The crew was delightful to work with - professional while friendly and kind. They let me know just what to expect with the installation, in itself not a normal task. Unfortunately, one of the posts to which the railing needed to be attached was significantly crooked. I had been concerned from the beginning about their ability to accommodate the slant, but they handled it with ease. There are days when my family eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside on the porch despite the sun’s beaming down and the wind’s blowing. After using it for a little over a month, I could not be more pleased with the product and the installation! Thank you, John, Josh, and Pedro for making my outdoor space so much more useable and enjoyable.
