  Throughout the entire process of getting new windows, I did not stress or become anxious at all. Michelle (project manager) is a sweetheart and so down to earth. She kept me updated and informed about everything. What was being done and why. Definitely explained it in a way I understood. The crew were also polite and efficient.

  On time, completed project of replacing 15 windows in 2 days. Sealed around the windows, and additional cocked around the window on the inside. Was very happy with their service. Michelle and crew were great.

  Otis and Julius, completed my Window install. they were great, did a very professional job, cleaned the area up perfectly, were so nice and wonderful to be around. I would recommend them as installers anytime.

  Love the quality and work the guys did on the house. New gutters, soffit, fascia and couldn’t be happier. Fidel and his crew were amazing to work with and were very friendly.

  I reached out for a quote a few days ago and they called me back quickly with an appointment time the following day. I agreed, and then they started pressing me on whether all the "decision makers" would be present for the quote. That was my first yellow flag of ick - I am calling you so the decision maker is me. Nor do I need to make a decision the same day. They also pressed me for a back up phone number, and I declined. I then received another call from a different representative a few hours later to confirm my appointment for tomorrow - weird but ok. I confirmed, and then they mentioned to leave 90 minutes for the appointment. The consultation was over 1 exterior SIDE door. This was another yellow flag to me. The appointment was to begin at 6pm on a Saturday and they want 90 minutes of my evening? That didn't sit well either, so I pushed back and said if the appointment runs over 30 minutes, I'm kicking them out of my home. They also once again pressed me for a back up phone number under the guise of "in case our representative is running late that evening". I again declined giving another phone number. The totality of these sales techniques - wanting all decision makers present instead of it being a decision where the consumer has the quote and information to compare against other bids, the notion that they need 90 minutes for a quick measurement and bid, and the soliciting of multiple phone numbers turned me off of getting a quote from them at all. I texted them my intention to cancel the appointment, and they then texted back that they would need to finalize the cancellation over the phone. They also left me a voicemail message stating "We understand the appointment no longer works for you, please call us to RESCHEDULE." I texted back that I declined calling them to "finalize the cancellation". I hate sales tactics like this, and after using many many contractors over the years, I have never had one that insisted on all decision makers being present, requested 90 minutes of my time, and insisted on having 2 phone numbers. So for those reasons, I wouldn't recommend this company and I think the lack of review history going back more than a few months speaks to that as well.
