Call later in the afternoon 4 PM… Need to have some emergency sewer line cleaning… Sent Wes out here on site by 4:30… Did a mainline clean w blades to msin..a kitchen line clean and a mainline scope… Everything looking good I can’t thank Garvins & Wes enough for the quick response and through line service.
- MCmark criderMay 11, 20261.0Unfortunately not a good scheduling experience. Scheduled appontment for today between 12-4 pm. I took 4 hours off work so I could make the appointment. At 3:00 p.m. I attempted several unsuccessful calls (no answer) to Garvin's becuase I was getting worried that no one would show up. At 3:55 pm I received a call advising that the technicians got busy and they would have to reschedule because it was a "crazy day". I took four hours off work and get a call 5 minutes before the last minute for the technician to show. Not very happy. We all have crazy days, but a little communication goes a Long Way. This is the first time I've ever written a review.
