DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The technician didn't do the entire house like the salesman had said. When I confronted him he said they only do it if the customer asks, so I asked him to do it. He proceeded upstairs but came back down right after and said he couldn't do it because things were on the wall. (My wife and I moved as much as we could away from the walls in preparation). Truth be told, he was just fat and lazy.
I called their call center because you can't talk to a local person by just calling, and I told a call center person and a supervisor I wanted a different technician to come out and redo the service.
A few days later a local Denver manager called and I told him I wanted a different technician to redo the service.
1 week later, the same technician was sent to my door.
I immediately canceled my service. Fast forward two weeks, and I was charged the monthly fee for my service (even though I had canceled). I called the call center again and spoke with another supervisor who assured me they would refund the $69 monthly fee and they would waive the $245 cancelation fee. 2 minutes after we hung up I was charged the $245 cancelation fee anyway.
Hours later they are finally "sending requests" to get those refunded but can't guarantee I will.
What a terrible and dishonest company. Save yourself a headache or two and don't ever use them.
