  Jeff with Don's Garage Door Repair was great. They were able to be on site within an hour of a broken spring. Jeff was professional and knowledgeable and worked nonstop to get our cars out of the garage. Jeff made sure the correct springs were ordered for our heavy door. Although there was a short delay in shipment, Jeff returned as quickly as possible and completed the install as well as performing other maintenance. Jeff was respectful and diligent and ensured that everything was done properly. I would highly recommend Jeff with Don's Garage Door Repair.

  I had a great experience! Daniel was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. The repair was done with great attention to detail, and everything is working perfectly now. It’s hard to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and honest, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door repairs!

  Quoted 4x other local companies, ghosted me when I replied to update the estimate, and keep sending email spam even though I'm waiting to hear back from their sales team. In-person sales team was extremely well put together on the initial visit but they oversold against my communicated needs and never followed through when I emailed them with follow-up details.

  They will try and rip you off. I had a broken spring, they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone, I should have seen that as a red flag right there and called someone else. They came over and gave me a few quotes ranging up to 1800 for a new garage door spring! I said those prices are whack, and I'd probably pay up to $400 or $500 cuz I wanted it done that day but I wasn't going to pay their rip off prices. Wouldn't you know it? the technician "called his manager and got approval to go ahead and do it for $500." I know that I was still ripped off but I just wanted it done. I will not call them again. If you like the experience of buying a used car, these guys might be right for you. Start at 30% of their asking price and see what you can get! I bet they'll cut it in half! I can't believe they have their technicians going around acting like sleazy sales guys who will rip off your grandma. Shameful.

  NO INTEGRITY. Terrible, lying, scumbags!! Yesterday, when my 2-year old garage door wouldn't close properly and Don's garage door told me that one of the springs had failed and I needed to spend between $2000-$3000 to buy new springs, rollers and a new rod. I thought that was utterly ridiculous and today I had Accent Garage Doors (recommended by my realtor friend) come take a look at it and they charged me $125 for a tune up and said there was nothing wrong with my springs. They tightened the springs a little and oiled the rollers and now it's working fine. Accent also said that if I ever needed new springs, it was $625, not thousands of dollars. Don's Garage Door Repair blatantly lied to me to try and take advantage of me and the whole experience felt super gross including their scummy sales person they put me on the phone with to "give me their best price". Crazy that a company can get away with these disgusting tactics but lots of people just pay them it seems.
