  Overall my experience has been great. My salesman Mike Cook explained the whole process from start to finish. I really appreciate that there was no haggling with Window World. We did hit a bit of a snag. As one of my windows came in from the manufacturer broken. They still did the installation, so as not to hold up my renovation schedule. And the new pane was promised to be replaced upon arrival. My install team was timely, professional and even tidied up before they left. My installation tech Jesus and his tech really did a superb job. I’ve attached before and after photos. I love my new windows.

  Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided a no pressure sales pitch and was able to answer all of our questions both technical and logistical. Jesus did our installation and it was excellent. They arrived and started work quickly and efficiently. Mike checked in on the work midway through installation to ensure we were happy with the work. Overall, both Mike and Jesus were excellent and I could not recommend them both more. We will be using window world, specifically those two for future work.

  Mike Cook was are sales guy and Jesus did our installation. Everything was quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

  I got all new windows and a patio sliding door from window world. I have had them install for about a year and a half now and I have to say these windows are extremely cheap and very bad quality. The screens have ripped and the windows and patio door are extremely hard to open. The lock on the patio door is so hard to open and lock right now as well. I gave two stars because the process of getting the windows was extremely easy. The company themselves are very nice and professional which I liked. They got the windows installed quickly and efficiently. This review is just about the quality of the windows. I definitely would not recommend anyone to get these if you are looking for a long lasting quality product.

  I have been looking for windows for a period of time now. I happened to see your facility from I-25. I drove over and found out I was not welcome as the doors were locked and an appointment had to be made. If you have a showroom that is not open to the public to view your products why in the world would I consider letting you into my home to try to sell me something I may not want? By looking in the showroom I would be able to see your different products and let you know what I might be interested in and have you bring that product to demo. However you now don't have to worry about that as I will not be considering your company as an option.... Talmage Willis.
