  KEVIN BONDS from BONDS BUILDERS LLC did an awesome job today building my Tuff Shed. I would recommend him and his partner to anyone. They were punctual and timely.(4-5hrs) It looks great thank you Tuff Shed and Kevin.

  I had a great experience buying a shed through Tuff Shed. The sales rep I worked with, Joe Torres, was consistently very knowledgable and helpful, including coordinating with me on some custom colors. The installation crew was prompt, efficient, and did very clean work.

  I wanted so badly to like this company, but they fell short on most accounts. For clarification, we built a custom shed and purchased it through our local Home Depot. That portion went smoothly. Admittedly, we ran into permitting issues with our local county and decided to downsize our shed to avoid needing a permit. The part that didn't go smoothly was the actual delivery and installation. Tuff Shed cancelled our build four times. The first two times were due to weather, which was understandable. By the time we downsized our shed and it was finalized, it was December. Snow and colder temps can be a factor, I understand that. The third time, a builder called us the night before and asked us if they could reschedule. I said no because we had already had to reschedule twice; he agreed and said he would see us in the morning. I then got a call that morning from a builder saying that the trailer and shed size were "measured incorrectly" so they could not deliver that day, and I had to reschedule again. We rescheduled for a fourth time. This time, however, Tuff Shed no called-no showed. I called the sales manager stating that I was fed up and wanted to cancel the order all together. I was then promised a $500 rebate for our inconvenience if we stuck with it. We took the offer and rescheduled. Two guys showed up for our build. They were very nice. However, some of the parts were missing (a window, trim, and the anchors to hook the shed into the concrete). Furthermore, there was a giant hole in one of the walls that they didn't notice until they had already arrived. Therefore, our shed could not be completed that day. Our shed was eventually completed, and I will say we are pleased with it (the only reason why they are receiving 2 stars instead of 1). However, the entire process to get here was EXCRUCIATING. We will not be using them again, and we will not be recommending them to anyone. I would also like to point out that Tuff Shed never followed through with their promise for the $500 rebate. I reached out to the sales manager Dan several times and didn't hear back. Luckily, I had the original email from him promising the rebate and Home Depot fulfilled it in place of them.
