We recently purchased a TuffShed and were lucky enough to have VS Construction install it. They did a wonderful job. They were very efficient, left the job site clean, their quality of work was excellent and they were very friendly! We would 10/10 recommend them!
The seasoned installation crew arrived as scheduled. Steve’s prior experience with minor issues with the factory pre-fab enabled him to quickly/easily make adjustments to the fit and finish. They also accommodated my painting the shed a custom color during assembly. Project was finished in about 6-7 hours and they were very thorough with site clean up.

I had a great experience with the ordering and installation process over there at Tuff Shed. It was just over two weeks between ordering and getting it installed. Steve and his crew from TLC Home Betterments performed installation in a single day and did an outstanding job. I got lucky with Steve.
I plan to continue ordering sheds until I have a she-shed, a he-shed, a tiki bar shed, a remote office shed, a living room shed, and a disco shed all in my backyard. Thank you Tuff Shed.

We signed a contract with Tuff Shed Denver in July 2025 for a 20x30 Premier Pro Ranch Garage at our home. We are now approaching the one-year mark and the project has not progressed past trying to obtain a demolition permit for the existing structure on the site.
The delays have been numerous and ongoing: asbestos inspection and report revisions, months spent chasing neighbor signatures (including Tuff Shed going in person to a rental property to get a signature from a tenant, despite us having already provided the actual property owner's name and contact information), a sewer line cut-off or reroute requirement that the City flagged as mandatory given the size of our structure — an expense over $10,000 that was never communicated to us as a project risk — and most recently a newly required "Safe Site Inspection" before the City will even review the demo application. We were also informed on June 24 that our state demolition authorization had a window of June 2 through July 2 — three weeks into that window with barely a week remaining.
We sent a formal written cancellation email requesting a refund of our $4,144 deposit. Tuff Shed never responded. Weeks later, their permit technician emailed us with a routine project update and had no knowledge whatsoever that we had sent a cancellation email. There has been no acknowledgment, no response, and no refund.
We also had a smaller shed installed separately — that project went fine and is not the subject of this review. The garage project has been a completely different experience. We would not recommend Tuff Shed for any complex permitted build in Denver.
