  Horrid company. A tech canceled the FIRE DEPARTMENTS request 3 times after the Grad school had contacted them at 12:30PM. They stated they would arrive by 3:00PM and never arrived. Then they left a disabled woman upstairs stranded for over 6 hours. In fact even as I write this it still hasn’t been handled. She is still upstairs and it is after 5:15 PM. This is a terrible experience and a horrible company that lacks customer care and lacks urgency and support.

  TK Elevator has turned out to be the WORST company ever. Too bad you can't give ZERO stars because that's all they are worth. They fail to do annual elevator inspections without being reminded. Then when you do, they promise to get them done & never do. We continue to get notices from Denver Fire saying our temporary certificates are expiring for failure to have the inspections done & they still don't respond to emails when they are asked again. The only way you can even get a response from them is by reporting a trouble ticket on line. Then even sometimes you don't get a response. Since Dan Wodniak left we've had nothing but troubles with them. They don't bill correctly & have to be emailed dozens of times before you even get a response. Then when you do, you have to go through the entire problem again. Then they go radio silent again. They try & charge OT for calls that are specifically noted when scheduled that you will not approve OT. They try & assess fuel charges in violation of their contracts. As soon as our elevator contracts are up, we are getting away from this company. Run don't hide from TKE as they are completely incompetent.

  The worst elevator service provider. They consistently no show for their service tickets. They will charge you for the tech to walk in for 5 minutes to say it was someone else's problem. They billed us for a repair that was caused by theTKE annual inspection tech who did not put the wiring on top of the elevator back correctly (like we climbed up there an played with the wiring). DON'T USE TKE unless you would like NO service at all and be stuck paying for a contract for 5 years.

  Absolutely the worst elevator service. Never on time, never fix the real issues. How are they still in business?

  The worst company to work with please find another elevator company that will appreciate your business and will actually do the job right not waste your time
