- MBMarcy Brown1 day ago1.0The worst elevator service provider. They consistently no show for their service tickets. They will charge you for the tech to walk in for 5 minutes to say it was someone else's problem. They billed us for a repair that was caused by theTKE annual inspection tech who did not put the wiring on top of the elevator back correctly (like we climbed up there an played with the wiring). DON'T USE TKE unless you would like NO service at all and be stuck paying for a contract for 5 years.
