  With so many heating and cooling maintenance service providers in the area I saw tipping hat on the internet and decided to call. They are one of the few that I called around to that actually did swamp cooler repair. The intake person I believe was named Kevin, he was very personable to make me feel like I was not just another random caller but a valued customer, which I appreciated and gave me the confidence that I would continue to receive good service throughout (which I did). Kelly was also amazing by reaching out to confirm live updates on the arrival time of my technician. Lastly Tristen was knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. He gave practical guidance and was courteous and kind. Great team and company based on my personal experience. Would definitely use them again and or recommend to anyone in my family.

  I don't normally respond to these, but in this case I needed to let you know that your people did a great job. Billy did a great job to get us the best deal. I only got to know Floyd and Ben and they worked non-stop all day to get things installed. Both answered my questions and Floyd was on top of every detail. I'm an engineer and I know attention to detail when I see it. I've heard good things about Tipping Hat and I'm glad I went with you people. Bernie

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Tipping Hat. When our A/C unexpectedly stopped working, their team was out the next day to diagnose the problem. Within just three days, we had a new, upgraded furnace and A/C system installed and running. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and felt they genuinely cared about making sure we understood our options. The installation crew was awesome, very friendly, respectful of our home, and did an amazing job. It’s hard to find good companies these days but they have earned our trust and will be our first call going forward. Highly recommend Tipping Hat to anyone looking for a dependable company. Thanks again to the entire team!

  Had a puddle of water the basement and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Was scared it was the sump pump, but it didn’t make sense. Pedro came out , figured out the problem and realized it was a bad window in the window m. I would never have figured it out without him. He didn’t try to oversell us on things we didn’t need, and gave me a great quote on the sump pump if we did decide we wanted one, and also quoted us for some other projects I wanted to get done around the house. Solid guy, couldn’t recommend enough!

  So i purchased a water heater 4 years ago and got 5 bi annual tune ups. They called me recently to schedule this and upsold me on a a/c and furnace tune up also. SoTech was okay. He was an apprentice for hvac. The guy that was following him was basically a used car sales man. They tried their very best to upsell everything. I need a new furnace this is broken thats broken it needs new new new. Okay I expected that. What I didnt expect is that dispatch forgot the whole reason they were out here to service the water heater. They then had to send out a new tech but he only flushed the water heater. No tune up. No checking anode rod. So I decided to go online to check what I actually paid for. Found out a few places were i was 100% ripped off. First was on their website it claims they do a 27 point inspection and "our team will: Inspect and clean condenser and evaporator coils". These services were quoted to me for an extra $400 total. Also on the website they do tune ups for $20 less than what they charged me. After complaining about this i was informed the website is wrong and they have no documentation of what a 27 point inspection actually is. But they would get their supervisor involved and contact me. But they wouldn't honor their website price no matter what. That was over a week ago radio silence till today when they bugged me about installing a new furnace. Don't recommend this company
