  We’ve been homeowners for about a year and immediately started working with Swan and they’ve always been a great service provider helping with plumbing heating and HVAC needs today. We had a really great annual walk-through with the representative James W. And he was very detailed and helping us understand what we need to do what we should think about doing and what’s working really well. The service is a whole definitely provides a lot of peace of mind.

  I have had several people from Swan plumbing out to my house. Rodney with HVAC is phenomenal. He always makes good recommendations and takes the time to make sure we understand everything going on with our system. Rodney even recommended a membership to us. We I have been members for a couple years now we pay a monthly membership fee. In exchange we get a free air conditioner tuneup, furnace tuneup, plumbing inspection, and electrical inspection every year. Richard in sales makes good recommendation. Drew came out and did our plumbing inspection pointed out some issues I was unaware of. Cody in plumbing did a great job checking on all of the issues that Drew found. Swan is definitely not the least expensive service out there. Honestly, they are probably on the higher end. If they would decrease their pricing just a little, they would knock everybody else out of the park. I have used other providers or done the work myself due to pricing. They could get a lot more business If their pricing was a little more competitive. However, their staff has been nothing but friendly, professional, courteous, and all-around amazing. Even though they are more expensive than many of their competitors, we still choose to use their services because of the quality of service they give us. Being member members does give us a discount and that helps a little.

  This was my second experience with Dakota in just a couple of months. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and keeps me updated all through the process. The problem was not associated with the prior shower issue but this time a pipe under the vanity. I was concerned about it being Sunday and Mothers Day but he eased my mind stressing it was his job and I was his priority. I only have granddaughters and after two appointments with Dakota I feel like I now have a very attentive grandson. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. I told him I might puncture a pipe just to have him come out again. I’m only joking of course but I would rate him A++++ on his service and expertise. I even gave him a hug when he left. It often takes a lot to impress this 76 year old grandma but he has.

  I scheduled a flush for my tankless water heater. When they arrived, he said his truck got broken into and he couldn’t do a flush, but then proceeded to tell me I’d have to get a new water heater and he said he’d send me a quote. He spent about an hour and a half at my house, didn’t run any diagnostic. All he did was talk to me and take up part of my work day as I was trying to wrap things up before I went on paternity leave the following day He went on to try and sell me membership without ever running any diagnostic or anything. All he did was take pictures of the model number and google things. He proceeded to charge me $99 and then I never received a quote. Absolutely terrible experience. $99 and all he did was make me have to work late the day before I went on paternity leave.

  ### Outstanding Service from Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air I recently had the pleasure of working with the incredible team at Swan Plumbing and Heating — Gina, Drew, Dakota, Aiden, and Richard. From the start, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Drew performed a thorough inspection of my plumbing, identifying issues I didn't even know existed. Here’s a summary of the work Dakota and Aiden completed: - **Toilet Repair**: They fixed a leaking and wobbly toilet, ensuring everything works perfectly now. - **Main Water Shut-off Replacement**: The team replaced my main home water shut-off promptly and efficiently. - **Outdoor Sprinkler Pump**: They also took care of replacing the outdoor sprinkler pump, which has made a significant difference. Outdoor hose bib replacement. - **Utility Sink Installation**: Lastly, they installed a utility sink in my basement, which is just what I needed. Late last year, I also had a heat pump installed by Swan. Justin, Jacob, and Jesus did an excellent job, they were very helpful, professional, and kind. My new heat pump is a game changer for my electric/gas bills and much kinder to the environment. Gina was very helpful in ensuring I received my refund check/credit from the state of Colorado. Thanks to their support, I was able to take advantage of the federal tax credit for 2025 as well! Overall, the work performed by all these professionals was done meticulously and quickly. They were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend Swan Plumbing, Heating, and air.
