  Avoid this company at all costs. Save your time, money, and sanity. What started as a simple dripping tub spout ended up costing me $1,800 to fix. After paying $1,100 for the initial repair, the company attempted to upsell me on a new expansion tank for my water heater. A second technician from their team showed up and claimed I actually needed an entire new water heater. Alarm bells went off, so I canceled the prepaid expansion tank work and hired an independent plumber for a second opinion. As expected, the independent plumber confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with my water heater or expansion tank. Getting a refund for the canceled work required hours of frustrating emails and phone calls. To make matters worse, their team took my original shower trim kit. When the replacement kit arrived missing a tub spout, they promised to bring one right away. A week passed without a word, leaving my shower completely unusable. When I called to complain, the plumbing manager claimed the part had to be ordered and would take another four days—despite basic tub spouts being readily available at any local hardware store. Only after pushback did they send someone the next morning, but they then had the nerve to try to charge me an extra $99 for the installation. Shame on me, never pay upfront and always get a second opinion. Their service, communication, and business ethics are completely unacceptable.

  Ethan arrived on time for my first annual electrical maintenance. He gave ideas on how to bring my electrical system up to code and is having his supervisor check out my old system to make sure everything is copacetic. Hopefully now I can make a plan on how to best move forward. Thank you!

  As part of our membership with SWAN, we were provided a free checkup of our house-wide electrical service today. Ethan was the technician that came out. He was very thorough, checking the distribution panel, all outlets on all floors and in the garage, the GFIs, proper grounding, and even the smoke and fire alarms. He was punctual, kind, communicative, and shared his insights along the way. Again, SWAN has left us feeling like we are in good hands with regard to maintenance and upkeep of our homes infrastructure and mechanicals.

  Swan was amazing. Ty, Alex, Jonathan, and Miguel were all super knowledgeable an went the extra mile to help educate and make sure my new HVAC system was working properly and I understood the system before they left. Definitely recommend this company. —Brian

  SWAN always delivers amazing service! They are responsive and reasonable with pricing. My technician today Benjamin came out for a scheduled water heater maintenance/inspection. He was personable and professional. He took time to explain everything he saw and provided all the information I will need to address in an email summary/quote. I will continue to call SWAN for my heating and plumbing.
