  Spencer came out to my house within 24 hours of me requesting assistance. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution that he fully explained, including 100% price transparency before any work was done. He completed the work quickly and professionally, and then walked me through the results and explained the warranty coverage included. After everything was agreed to and understood then he asked for payment which I gladly paid feeling 100% confident in his repairs and in the warranty coverage.

  Justin and Jesus were amazing! Showed up early, got the job done before the end of my work day, and everything is up and running seamlessly. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough and their walk through of everything and clean up. Full HVAC and furnace replacement. Couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend! Update 7/25: Spencer came out to check out our garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer hookup to inspect for a new setup, and one of our toilets. He was quick, thorough, kind, and even got here early! Which we loved. Thank you to Swan and all of their amazing team members. We are SO happy with their service!!!

  Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. Swan sent Brant and he really knew his stuff. I told him what happened and he went right to the problem, had the part in his truck, and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was a lifesaver! We've always had a good experience with Swan. We've had them come out for a few different issues and their technicians are well-trained, polite, and friendly. Great customer experience!

  I don’t recommend using this company!!! I paid for a tune up which included a light cleaning. Swan recommended $1,200 worth of work on my furnace and $1,100 on my a/c so I called someone else out the next day and he said neither furnace or a/c is in need of work. He also said that no one cleaned either the furnace or the A/C the day before because it was dirty and showed me where it needed cleaning. Swan had been “maintaining” it the last two years because I had a membership with them which is also a scam and the guy I had give a second opinion on work needed said he didn’t think anyone had done anything to clean for a long time. I truly think they are a scam. The only time I tried to use my membership which is supposed to move me to the front of the line took 3 days so I had to call another company out.

  I want to leave a review of two people at Swan who have gone above and beyond in servicing my account. One thanks goes to Carlos Tapia. Not only does he fix whatever is wrong he anticipates what I should do next. He is efficient and competent. The other employee who goes above and beyond is Aisha who coordinates services for customers. Aisha hangs in there with customers no matter how long it takes. She maintains a positive attitude and helps me navigate the computer system—even though I’m an old lady who struggles with things on the computer. Good employees make Swan the excellent company they are.
