We were given suggestions to optimize the air flow as well as instructions on how to keep the system at peak efficiency. We went from having an air conditioning unit that was malfunctioning to cool and collected in just a few hours. This summer we can stay cool, and with the suggestions we got today we will be chilling even cooler next summer. I highly recommend this service.

He quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC when others could have easily guessed or recommended unnecessary repairs. His diagnostic skills were excellent, he clearly explained what was going on, and his communication throughout the process was exceptional. Most importantly, he fixed the problem correctly the first time, and my AC has been working perfectly ever since. On top of being knowledgeable, Alan is friendly, professional, honest, and someone you immediately feel you can trust. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Alan without hesitation to anyone needing HVAC service. Roger & Sons is fortunate to have him on their team.
