While I appreciate the sentiment, the issue was never about simply finding another supplier. I approached Rocket Supply ready to invest in equipment and build a long-term relationship for a new business launch. Instead, I received straight list pricing with no onboarding support, no startup consideration, and ultimately no path forward to purchase once Niagara became involved. When a customer is prepared to spend significant money and establish a partnership, they expect responsiveness, coordination, and professionalism. Based on my experience, that level of engagement was not there. If you’re a new contractor looking for guidance and vendor support, understand that my experience did not reflect that type of relationship.
