  We were so happy with the crack repair at Fabrica in RiNo! Preferred Painting has an outstanding team to work with. Amanda and Max were incredibly helpful with scheduling and providing the estimate, and Bryan and his team did a fantastic job on the repair. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them!

  We recently hired this company to repair and paint the exterior stucco of our building and repaint the metal balcony railings, and we couldn't be happier with the results.   Everything was top-notch from the moment I called for a quote, to the personal follow-up from the painters to ensure everything looked as expected (or better!). Very professional and special care given to our project, even though the area was small, they treated us as if it was a top-end project.
