Very help when I came in helped find base board and ask about another piece. I didn't know it but the other employee was looking at where I could get it. When I left I was satisfied with the help and kindness I received from them. Definitely going back to these guy if I need something in the future.

Great service!!! Bought about 5700 sqft of flooring from Tino!!! He was awesome and the only reason I purchased the flooring!! If the store manger sees this… please make sure he gets the whole commission!!

Poor customer service. They did not even package the boxes of flooring I ordered, but instead just wrapped them in plastic. Obviously when I received them, EVERY SINGLE BOX was damaged. They told me there way nothing they could do. Huge waste of money and now I'm beginning to understand why these stores are shutting down.
