  Poor customer service. They did not even package the boxes of flooring I ordered, but instead just wrapped them in plastic. Obviously when I received them, EVERY SINGLE BOX was damaged. They told me there way nothing they could do. Huge waste of money and now I'm beginning to understand why these stores are shutting down.

  Had them do my floors before and did a nice job, so went back today for another project for my upstairs. Walked in and someone was waiting on another customer, which is fine. But after standing there for 20 mins or more with the sample I had picked out, I had still not even been acknowledged that I was even in the store , no I will be right with you or even a hello. Talking to other customer about anything but flooring while ignoring I was even there. Finally left and went somewhere else with my business.

  Poor customer service and not helpful. Unique situation just trying to closely match an old product. Talked to me like I'm dumb. Ok can you point me to your 3 or 4 mil products, no I can't. Bruh!

  Great deals, knowledgeable staff. We have bought a lot of flooring from them over the years with no complaints.
