  Hyper Flow Service came to our rescue on Mother's Day. After morning showers and running a load of laundry we discovered water pooling over the floor drain in our basement. We weren't sure if the floor drain was clogged or if the ejector pump (which was only 10 months old) wasn't functioning, but we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given a window of time as to when Greg Michaels would be arriving, but we were also told that he was currently working on another job. Fortunately, Greg kept us informed as to his ETA (very thoughtful) and still managed to arrive within the 2-hour window. Greg was quick to diagnose that our ejector pump wasn't functioning and managed to get it working well enough to empty the pit. He advised that the pump was failing and it would likely need to be replaced in the very near future. With Greg's information in hand, we contacted the company that had originally installed the faulty ejector pump the next morning. Fortunately for us, that company did the right thing and replaced the failing unit with a stronger, appropriately sized pump - at no cost to us. We definitely recommend Greg and Hyper Flow Service!

  Great experience working with Hyper Flow when my kitchen sink backed up. It ended up being a bigger issue than expected and Oren was great explaining the repair process and what to expect. The Hyper Flow team took care of the repair quickly and even cleaned up well after jack hammering, replacing piping, and pouring concrete in my laundry room. You don't want to have plumbing issues, but you do want the people at Hyper Flow when a problem occurs.

  We got a quote for a water meter pit cap replacement. It took over half an hour for Myk to determine a price, as he had to consult with his supervisor. He told me that the concrete for the whole pit would disintegrate and needed to be replaced for $5,200, with an upgrade option to replace the copper water pipe that might start leaking in the next decade, and with no option to only replace the top. He was polite and professional about it, but we went with another company who was able to replace only the cap (the only actual broken part) for about 1/10 of the price quoted by this company as being necessary.

  Hyper Flow came out same-day for a backed-up drain, quickly diagnosed with their camera, explained and fixed the issue, and did not try to “up-sell” since the cause was a one-time thing. Myk was also a very pleasant guy—waited patiently while I talked with a handyman who was also on-site. Hyper Flow was strongly recommended by a local plumber —he said they would not be the least expensive option, but would be efficient and honest—and I can second his recommendation!
