  Josh, Mykal, and Jeremy are absolute rock stars. You’ll never meet a better group of hard working men who look after their clients like family, who operate with the utmost professionalism and integrity, and who will always keep your interests the top priority. We had roots growing in our main line causing it to back up into the house. Josh answered my call immediately and gave me advice over the phone. Mykal showed up instantly and worked to diagnose the problem and helped us get through the night. Jeremy came to provide the estimate and video to help us make an informed decision, then helped to quickly cut out the roots using hydro jetting. This is the kind of team you want on your side in any plumbing situation. I highly recommend Hyper Flow and the excellent team they’ve assembled. Thank you guys for everything and you’re now on my speed dial for anything plumbing related.

  If I could give this company 100 freaking stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. We'd been dealing with sewer smells in the HVAC system in our 120+ year old house for a while. I've been ghosted/ignored/ripped off/side-eyed by more local plumbing/sewer companies than I care to admit in trying to get this issue resolved. I knew going in that it would be a hard issue to diagnose much less resolve, especially given the tight access in the basement crawlspace where a lot of the plumbing is, but then Ian from Hyper Flow showed up yesterday, later joined by Josh, and together they knew exactly what needed to happen to get it resolved. Totally unafraid to get in the crawlspace, they worked together to smoke test the sewer line to figure out where the sewer gases were coming into the house, then had to cut and reconnect 8 different lines to gain access to the area where the sewer gases were coming in. Turns out a former contractor who did a bathroom renovation for us years ago didn't think it was important to cap the abandoned sink/toilet/shower lines, or just didn't want to deal with the complexities and ancient filth of the crawlspace. Once Hyper Flow got those lines capped, the smells were gone. Hyper Flow got the job done with great communication and explanation along the way, all for a fraction of the cost the previous company was quoting us just to try to figure it out before they ultimately ghosted us.  Well, thank god that company did ghost us because they weren't anywhere close to being on the right track despite billing themselves as master plumbers with tons of experience in dealing with these issues, nothing but 5 star Google reviews, and actually saying more than once to us "boy, you're lucky you found us"... Wrong. I'm lucky and eternally grateful that I found Ian and Josh from Hyper Flow, and that my family and I are no longer living with sewer smells, and that we didn't have to declare bankruptcy to get there. Hyper Flow has a new customer for life!

  I called hyper flow for a bathtub clog, I was worried it would be more complicated since I live in a high rise building, but it was easy and cleared quickly. Oren was especially nice and helpful. I will definitely call on hyper flow for any of my drain needs in the future. Thanks Oren!

  Hyper Flow Service was awesome to work with as we were in need of a significant sewer repair. The scheduling of this appointment was very easy And quick. Myk was sent out to inspect and he conducted a very, very thorough job. We plan on retaining them to rectify the issues discovered. Highly suggest this company.

  Jeremy Paez and Hyper Flow were amazing. Truly above and beyond. Jeremy is extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and super efficient. I’m genuinely so thankful that we worked with Jeremy and Hyper Flow. It was nothing like the bad experiences I’ve had with other companies in the past and our issues were not necessarily simple either as they involved, excavating, jetting, and installing new toilets to solve all the issues we were having. Again, Jeremy was so punctual, so thorough, and was willing to answer all of my questions (and I had many). I would highly recommend and should any other plumbing issue come up for us in the future, this will be my first call. Thank you for the amazing work.
