  The tech did an awesome job servicing my hvac system. Full thorough inspection and cleaning. While looking over the furnace found a small gas leak and was able to fix the next day after locating parts. He then added another carbon monoxide detector for ongoing precaution for the future. He did an excellent job. Was courteous, friendly and clean and kept my place clean, even white furniture and carpet. Thank you so very much! Debby

  I want to thank Hearts for sending Chris the technician. He was very professional. Respectful Courteous, he did a very good job. He took his time. He ran into issues and did not leave until it was solved he explained to me everything that he was doing and at the end of the job I walked through with him and I was very pleased, What I like best about Hearts is the technician never walks into your house before putting on their shoe covers. Thank you, Chris for a very nice job😊

  I highly recommend Heart to everyone! We had a plumbing issue related to a grinder pump in our in-law suite where an aging relative is living. The pump was acting up and the pipes were not draining. Not all plumbers are able to work on plumbing connected to grinder pumps. I called Heart late afternoon yesterday and explained our issue. They confirmed they were skilled in working on grinder pumps and fit us in to the schedule for first thing this morning. The company texted a tracking app when the tech was on his way so we knew exactly when to expect him. Kevin the plumber also called to confirm he was on his way. Thankfully Kevin was able to fix the issue with our grinder pump and also put a camera through our drain pipes to determine any further drain issues. He provided us with valuable information on what we needed to do to maintain good drainage with our grinder pump. Kevin also gave us details on the maintenance package the company offers. Their program offers several inspections/maintenance items that are more than worth the annual fee and we will be signing up! It is great to have such amazing service and we will be using Heart for all our plumbing and HVAC maintenance in the future! Once again I highly recommend Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric!!!

  This is an excellent company. My technician, Chris Bowers, was so professional and knowledgeable. I own a donut shop in Monument and I have had trouble over the last ten years in business finding a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. I can't say enough good things about this company. Heart Heating and Cooling will be my plumbers for life. Thanks again Chris for all you did for our business today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We had a power outage localized to one circuit in the house and could not get the GFCI to reset. Omar Santana troubleshooted and resolved the primary issue in the same day. They are knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He was also able to identify opportunities to improve our electrical system. Additionally, he walked us through the benefits of the Heart care plan and financing options. Problem solved and we will be sticking with Heart moving forward. Thanks!
