  New to Colorado, I saw the Five Star book on vetted service providers. I picked Heart heating, plumbing and electric. My hvac system needed to be cleaned and checked. I had a great experience Ryan was very helpful. This appears to be a great company as was listed in the Five Star book. Very honest and not adding on anything. I highly recommend them. I will continue to use them.

  I'm very happy with the service we've received from Heart over the last year. Reworking a faulty gas line. PM on our home AC. Everything went well. They crews have been great to work with and don't try to upsell on needless repairs or upgrades. As a tradesman and small business owner myself, I appreciate the transparent approach to ensuring the home owner is left with reliable and safe systems. You can't ask for more than that. Honest, reliable, professional.

  Would not recommend using Heart. I signed up for the monthly maintenance plan, and they were quick to respond to schedule my appointments. This monthly plan comes with yearly complimentary furnace cleaning and water heater flushes among other things. When they came to service/clean my furnace, I was told later that my furnace was "too old and dirty" to clean. I had it cleaned the year prior, and the other company had no issue cleaning it. When they came to service my water heater and flush it, I was told that my main water shut off was broken, so they couldn't perform the flush, and it needed a $1,200 fix the broken main shut off. My husband checked the main water shut off later that day, and it easily turned off and was clearly not broken. I feel like the monthly maintenance plan is a scam and doesn't actually provide any maintenance/upkeep/cleaning...they just tell you why they can't do it and try to convince you into expensive repairs that you don't need.

  My brand new Construction house had an AC unit that was barely out of warranty when it died. I had gotten it fixed once or twice My heart and they were always fair and prompt and communicated well. When we couldn’t fix it anymore and I had to get a new heat pump, they explained everything and spent lots of time explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable. They gave me an amazing price helped me with the rebate from Excel and we’re generally extremely kind and respectful of my property and my family. I cannot say enough good things about them I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

  Our home is under contract to selI, the home inspection is scheduled in 2 days. We experienced electrical issues with some of our lighting today. I called Heart Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric at Noon today & explained our situation. They were able to get a technician to our home by 1:30 the same day! Seneca quickly identified the problem & repairs were completed. This is not the first time we've used this company, our last experience with them was fabulous. To say I'm an extremely satisfied customer is an understatement. If I could give 10 stars I could! Sincere thanks
