  Groundworks competently solved a foundation problem that felt so overwhelming. I had a front door that would not close or lock due to a sinking front porch foundation. Lucas quickly assessed the cause and did a great job explaining the solution. Christian and Jordan who did the repair were so conscientious and delightful. It's difficult to find service professionals to do work at all these days. Groundworks was easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. I love that they are employee owned. Great work! Thank you!

  Had our first annual check in after Groundworks stabilized and lifted our foundation and installed a sump pump when we did our basement remodel last fall. Mike Gold was our technician and did a great job explaining everything he was inspecting, what he’d be doing throughout the house and even reported that the foundation lifted even more throughout the year. Mike even allowed our dog to follow him around and tossed the ball once or twice for her. Great company, great guy, highly recommend.

  Kyle (Welte) was wonderful to work with! He visited our home to give an estimate of necessary foundation work in our basement. After sitting down with us to thoroughly hear our concerns, and asking thoughtful and relevant questions about our future plans for our home, he methodically measured each square inch of our basement, its crawl space, the main floor and the outside foundation on all four sides to assess a comprehensive plan for improvements. He spent three vital hours with us, the final hour conscientiously going over what he had found, showing us a video of how GroundWorks could improve the foundation of our home, and leaving us with a detailed contract of steps to be taken, the total cost, and its discounted price. His kind and engaging disposition make him a real asset to GroundWorks in continuing its respected reputation here in Colorado and nationwide.

  I had an excellent experience with Groundworks! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. A special thank you to Field Inspector Jacob Baca for taking the time to thoroughly explain what was needed, why it was necessary, and what to expect throughout the process. His communication and attention to detail gave me confidence and peace of mind. I also want to recognize the outstanding work of contractors Jorge Correa, Brendon Rodriguez, and Lazaro Gurrola. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They took pride in their work and made sure everything was completed properly. It is refreshing to work with a company that has such a dedicated team of people who genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Thank you, Jacob, Jorge, Brendon, Lazaro, and Groundworks for such a positive experience! I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.

  I paid groundworks over $26,000 for what they said my house needed, 7 push piers, they failed to install the piers correctly and caused catastrophic damage to my house in the process, next they smiled shook my hand and left, never told me anything went wrong. They falsified the pierlogs to clear the permits and I have proof, I have a pierlog that says the pier is in the ground 16 feet and I have the actual pier, 19 inches. I investigated 3 other piers without removing them and found all were under 2 feet not 13 or 16 feet as reported on the pierlog. This not only unethical, it's a felony, I looked it up. It's also seriously unsafe the house is still not repaired and gets worse by the day. Groundworks is dishonest do not sign their contract, what ever you do do not sign that thing. Get your own structural engineer and call a decent company Don't get played like me, I deeply regret calling groundworks
