  We have loved working with Golden West! We switched to them after an independent contractor was difficult to work with and we have been very pleased with their customer service and the speed at which they come to help. They have helped us with our swamp cooler, furnace(s) , water heater, and AC unit. We love the VIP membership and think it is worth it for commercial services. Carlos has always been professional and helpful with everything we need help with.

  My wife and I just moved to Highlands Ranch and bought our first home. Both exciting and overwhelming. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to use to service our furnace before the winter. After a few not so pleasant phone conversations and over priced service calls from other companies, I decided to call Golden West Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical and boy am I glad I did. They were able to get someone out to do a full inspection and service the furnace same day. They were incredibly communicative, professional, and thorough. They sent me an email not just letting me know the technician was on his way, but also who Carlos was, a little bit about him, personally and professionally. Such a nice touch that made it a super friendly and personable experience since I felt like I knew Carlos even before he arrived. Speaking of Carlos.. he was incredibly polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and I could sense he genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of and that we understood what he had done and what some of his recommendations were. Carlos is the epitome of what it means to go above and beyond for your customer. A true professional who I am grateful for and his service. Best of all, they have a membership service where they take care of you through the year should you need a technician to come out for anything. I'm not one to do memberships but after the experience I had with Golden and Carlos, you best believe I happily paid for the year long membership. I cannot recommend this company enough and if you're lucky, you'll get Carlos as your technician.

  They sent Lou out. Louis is a great guy wasn’t exactly equipped to handle our situation but was very professional went out of his way to try to help. Would highly recommend services if you need a good plumber.

  I had a power outage and then a pop outside. All sorts of symptoms follow lightheaded, blurry vision, shaking, etc. They looked outside and found a lot of damage done to the electrical supply. Called X-Cel Energy and told them a lot of it is in pieces. $0…thanked them for investigating!
