  Josh Arana came to fix our plumbing under our kitchen sink and he did a great job. We originally had him come out for a leak detection and he was very helpful. We then ended up having him come out to make repairs under the sink and he did a great job. Josh was communicative throughout the whole process, sent us before and after pictures, and also answered general plumbing/ HVAC questions I had unrelated to the plumbing issue we had him out for. Overall we definitely recommend this company and Josh was a stellar plumber that is clearly very knowledgeable about what he does! I definitely trust Josh's professional opinion and wouldn't hesitate to use Golden West Plumbing in the future.

  I enjoyed working with Golden West. They were able to step in and help on short notice, which I really appreciated. Their technician, Jimmy, was very professional and helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even brought over extra heaters while my furnace was out during the recent snowstorm in Denver, which made a huge difference. My recent furnace and water heater installation was a major project, and Golden West made the process feel manageable. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, and commitment to making sure everything was done properly and up to code gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

  I had a very nice experience with Chris, Riley, and Hector, all of whom were instrumental in replacing the outdated electrical system in my condominium. It only took one day. I feel much safer, and all of the new features look wonderful and function perfectly so it doesn’t get much better than that. I feel very happy to have worked with this company.

  (1 star is for the quote, not the customer service) I want to first start with I was given this company info from a friend and I looked at the high reviews. So I needed a waterline put in for a new fridge that has a ice and water dispenser. Mind you my home is 6 years old. So the technician came out to give an estimate. The customer service 5 ⭐️ stars. Technician customer service 5 ⭐️ stars. The estimate 1 ⭐️ star. I was given 3 estimates. Highest being $3500.00. This would include putting a hole in my dry wall to get to the pipe and then take it down to the crawl space. 2nd one was 2600.00 and the one which would include drilling a hole through all my cabinets 1800.00.. I did not expect that high of a cost. Mind you I believe these estimates included the VIP member cost of 400 bucks. Listen, I am not a plumber but i even told the technician that I knew people who spent 200.00 for this. Plus i know some homeowners who if able did it themselves for less. I know there is peace of mind with warranties but for 3500.00 seems a bit excessive. And only a 2 year warranty at that. Needless to say got a reputable person who knows plumbing to come in and did it And it only cost $160.00 not including the tip for his service. He did not have to make a hole through the drywall or holes in the cabinets either.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Golden West Plumbing. Shortly after they installed a mainline pressure regulator, we started having serious issues with our hot water — showers and baths can’t maintain a consistent temperature and drop off quickly. The timing here is hard to ignore. The problem began within a day of their work and has persisted for weeks. When we raised it, we were told the issue was “unrelated,” which frankly doesn’t inspire confidence. There didn’t seem to be much effort to seriously investigate or take ownership of what changed. What’s most disappointing is not just the issue itself, but the lack of accountability and urgency in resolving it. When something goes wrong right after a service, I expect a company to stand behind their work and help fix it, not dismiss the concern. Adding insult to injury they are trying to charge a crazy amount to fix the issue they created. Not sure if this is all a scam tbh. To be fair, everyone I've interacted with is very friendly. But based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. They will be quick to upcharge and evade responsibility. I was looking forward to supporting a local business, esp after seeing positive reviews. But I suggest sticking with tried and true Applewood or similar instead.
