Our house is old so many aspects of the job required patience and flexibility. Noah was great and handled the challenges with equanimity.

The booking and confirmation process was simple, and the alerts and calls from the main office for appointments and technicians being dispatched with arrivals was so helpful. Jason was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling. He took the time to evaluate our home and walk us through multiple options for different price points and needs, fully explaining the pros and cons of each. Manny and his team came the following day and were outstanding, working tirelessly, then explaining what had been done as well as educating us on how to run our AC and furnace more efficiently. Being a grown up and spending money on things like AC is far from enjoyable, but Golden West made the process far less painless than it could’ve been and allowed us to feel some semblance of comfort that our money was being spent wisely.
