Never a hello or can I help you? I'm the one who's friendly and helpful to them with photos, measurements to help them help me. The Ferguson showroom next door carries toilets, sinks, faucets etc. while this adjacent supply store doesn't carry any of the parts needed to install or repair the various products the showroom sells. Go figure?
