Cody came out and provided a free estimate, answering all of my questions with professionalism and honesty. Casey was the friendly voice of the company, keeping me informed at every step with excellent communication. J.C. Martinez, the owner, personally oversaw the installation crew on-site. I didn't even realize he owned the company until Casey mentioned it after the work was complete—a testament to his humility and hands-on approach. The entire team was professional, kind, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. They installed four new window wells, completed the job efficiently, and left the surrounding area clean and in excellent condition. The finished window wells look beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you, Egress Inc., for an outstanding experience. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

They had replaced and installed 3 new window wells in about 6-7 hrs. They cleaned up, replaced the gravel around the wells, and took away all the old wood from the old wells. They checked with me to look it all over and ask any questions. I was surprised and pleased at everything. A job well done and worth every dollar. If you are looking to replace your window wells, this is the company you want to do it!
