Did that, then got attitude and cross looks from unloader punk,throwing hands in air ect. for not using a smaller tote. Didn't get paid for bronze, and under weighted on brass. I don't speak Spanish so couldn't defend what I thought I was asked to do when loading the tote. If you want people to do something specific then you need to have better communication.
