  Pavlin helped me cap leaky valve stems that would not shut off. He went out of his way to fit me in first thing knowing that time was of the essence. We are so grateful for his service, quality work and professionalism.

  We had our water heater needing replacement. We called through Home Depot and was pushed to use Delta Mechanical. We were able to get a water heater installed within 24 hours. Kenneth and Christian were quick to install and it passed inspection the next week. Although it seemed that they wanted to try and switch our 2inch venting system to 3inch. I called Bradford white to confirm and they said based on the model a 2inch vent was suffice as long as it was under 50ft. I told that to them and they said “If it doesn’t pass inspection, you’ll need to replace it”. I said “Fair.” Attached you’ll see a photo of the items included under installation. Although Christian said we would need to replace our supply line to copper and that it wasn’t included under installation costs. We ended up paying an extra 200$ for that. Later I called the customer service line and explained my confusion. As on the item list, supply lines are included in installation cost. They disagreed and said we would still pay. All in all, we have a working water heater that passed inspection, but I would be weary of added costs with this company. The actually water heater receipt from Ferguson supply showed it cost 1669.53$ but in our estimate it was shown to cost 2269.80$.

  Francisco was incredibly professional, friendly, informative, and did fantastic work! He was very respectful of our home and took extra care not to damage anything while removing and installing our water heaters. I highly recommend Colorado Delta Mechanical because of his excellent customer service, high-quality work and the ease of the transaction overall.
