He made the adjustment for me and explained what my issue was. He is the nicest technician I've ever dealt with so polite and very professional. If I need any maintenance done in the future I will call Delta and I will request if possible they send out Kenneth Hetfield..

Their sale rep was easy to understand as he walked through our costs and he helped schedule a quick install. Our installer Kenneth was so knowledgeable and helpful with our new water heater and the company made it easy to schedule it inspection to wrap everything up. I would definitely use them again.

This guy didn't feel like working OR the company trained him this way... he said it would cost me $500 extra to install because he needs an extra piece that is needed and that is hard to find. Turn him down and wemt to HD and bought the piece for $20... took another company 20 minutes to install along with the actual job. Needless to say these guys are the biggest crooks on earth and they try to scam you with the price guarantee bla bla bla... do yourself a favor and look around for other companies. This one is one of the most disgusting I have ever dealt with.
