  Brothers Plumbing Heating and electric showed up the same day I called Chuckthe plumber that came out he was wonderful explain to me everything he was doing ask me if I had questions with every step of the way answered my silly questions and didn't make me feel sorry for asking those questions but he was great he was personable polite I was so happy with this work and his kindness I signed up with Brothers company they have a great program for a small fee a month if you want it I think they're great company stand by the work guarantee their work so I am happy to find them anyway thank you Chuck you did a fantastic job and you're a nice person and that goes a long way I will be passing on your services to people I know I feel like I have a company I can count onso thank you and thank you so much Jack

  Johnny was outstanding. What started out as a rough morning for me, with no hot water, turned out to be a successful day. Johnny arrived promptly and gave me a thorough explanation of what was happening. The good news and the bad news. Johnny put it into perspective and gave me my options. Long story short, is I need a water heater replaced (I was avoiding this day with an old problematic water heater). Great news is Johnny had EVERYTHING he was going to need on his truck to take care of my needs. He was upfront about the entire process and actually finished earlier than expected. He was patient with me, I ask A LOT of questions, and answered everything willingly. I woke up with no hot water and a couple hours later had a new water heater installed and hot water running. Ask for Johnny!

  Kevin Sims from Brother Plumbing Heating and Electric was outstanding. He worked quickly, professionally, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave us valuable information about the remaining life of our water heater, pointed out additional issues with the heater intakes, and provided helpful recommendations on what to watch for to avoid future problems. He also recommended trusted vendors for proper replacements and suggested useful products that could help around the house. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and the time he took to educate us instead of just rushing through the job. Highly recommend Brother Heating and Plumbing.

  We bought an older house which had a gas line protruding out into the garage about 6" from the wall and taking up nearly 3' of real estate from end to end, which was not only not practical but also a hazard. Raul came out to look at it, and gave us an estimate which we felt was extremely reasonable for the work needing to be done. We scheduled a follow-up appointment on the spot. He then returned two days later to reroute the gas pipe inside the wall like we needed it to be, which was no small task. While he was here, he also detected and repaired a leak in the valve for the stove, potentially saving us from future catastrophe. He was very polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Raul also showed us where and how to shut off the gas on the exterior of the house if we ever needed to do so. He also checked to make sure there were no other leaks in the line anywhere. Plus he cleaned up everything and vacuumed the work areas before he left. I could tell he took pride in his work which is often hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Brothers and would definitely use this company (and Raul) again if ever needed.

  I never leave negative reviews I felt this was necessary for others to know. I would advise other options. I've been using them for years because they were fast, reliable, and always on top of the work. So much so that i've practically had all my home care work through Brothers and signed up for there 'club' membership. Recently there has been a noticeable drop off in quality of service across the board. Notably on one call I felt the phone staff I felt were rude, unhelpful, and a sense of 'sorry not my problem'. Other times I get wall of automated messages the only resolution is 'I can leave a voice mail' with empty promises of a call back. I recently had a fairly costly electrical panel replacement done (over 10K) which failed inspection. It's nearly 3 weeks of playing phone tag with no resolution at hand.
