  First guy who came over on Saturday to replace central air conditioner outside was excellent. The guy who came over Monday to do electrical was not so professional. He went in the garage without letting us know he needed in there and the constant smoking of his vape was annoying ( he was friendly ) just took longer the expected or he was just slow. Glad it's done and appreciate all you have done for us.

  This was my first interaction with Brothers. The whole experience was top notch. The scheduling staff was caring and took extra steps to fit me in with a same-day appointment. The technician, Zach, was awesome! He listened to all my concerns, was very courteous and professional. While the root cause of the issue was not easy to identify, he took his time until he found it and took care of it. I will definitely be using Brothers for any future needs.

  Can't say enough good things about Brothers! We've had them out a few times for various types of plumbing and electrical work and they've given us wonderful service and have been so professional each time. The dispatchers have also been very accommodating whenever we've had a tight timeline that we needed to work around. They're slightly more expensive than average, but beyond worth it for the quality you get and the importance of doing these types of things right. For one of our plumbing issues, we called out 3 different plumbers before contacting Brothers and they were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Special shoutout to Chandler and Joe! Truly would not use any other plumber/electrician anymore since they have done such a consistently great job!

  I can’t say enough good things about Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric and their technician, Cameron Kozlowski. Our air conditioner stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and Cameron took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem rather than push an expensive replacement. He identified the issue with the furnace blower, explained everything clearly, and got our air conditioning running again. Several weeks later, the system is still working great. Cameron was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and most importantly, honest. I would highly recommend Cameron and Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric to anyone needing HVAC service. We really appreciated the excellent service and follow through. Thank you again, Cameron!

  Brothers was able to get us on the schedule within a day. Their technician, Andrew N, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, timely, and he has amazing craftsmanship and work product. He explained everything that was needed clearly and never made me or my spouse feel pressured to agree to additional work. I had received other quotes from companies in the area that were 2x what was quoted from Brothers. We needed a new blower wheel and mounting bracket. The other companies tried to sell us on replacing the whole blower housing unit, blower wheel, and blower motor. Andrew’s honesty and decency to inform us it’s just a bracket and blower wheel will keep us as Brothers customers.
