- KSKay Spring6 days ago5.0I’ve been using Blue Sky Plumbing & Heating for years to service my evaporative cooler and boiler. In Spring 2026 Jeromy Lundblade came to turn on my swamp cooler. He did such a great job that I requested him to service my swamp cooler for fall shut down. Jeromy arrived on time, was very efficient and professional and provided exceptional service. Definitely will request his services in 2027. I also want to praise services by Kris Nilsen on my annual boiler maintenance. Blue Sky installed and have been servicing my boiler for several years. Today Kris was the technician who provided my annual maintenance. He arrived early, did a complete inspection, checked and cleaned all parts and explained everything he had done. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend his services.

- JSJason SimonsSep 30, 20261.0I scheduled a service call two days ago with your AI operator. The appointment was specifically to jet a drain from a sand trap located at my workplace. On the morning of the appointment, about 40 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time, I received a call to let me know that you do not do this type of work. Yes you apologized but this did nothing but waste 2 days of time before you called to let me know that you are unable to do this type of plumbing work. Thank you Blue Sky Plumbing (?) Heating, Cooling & Electric. Maybe you can better train your AI operator to identify which type of work you can or cannot do or possibly follow up with your customers much, much sooner.
