It started with Evan Frank trying to upsell and quoting me triple what I had been quoted elsewhere and telling me I had to go through them for insurance (which is illegal by the way) to now trying to get in touch with pretty much anyone else besides him in order to correct an ongoing urgent matter. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages and have not received a call back.
