  Deni Mircheva contacted me through American Home and she is a very knowledgeable insurance agent who is reliable and reassuring. She made it easy for me to purchase my home insurance and to change my car insurance. She walked me thru all the processes and understanding of all systems. I am grateful for her.

  ‘Agent’ was absolutely the worst human being I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. She conned me into trusting her..then lied, defrauded and seemed to be truly happy about my abrupt cancellation, damaged credit and ultimately..monetary loss. ‘Management’ not only backed up her blatant lies, but continued to bully, stalk and fabricate additional lies well after as if they truly hated me. No clue as to why I was treated like this when I was nothing but nice to these folks and gave them a great deal of my time and consideration, only to be treated like dirt in the end. Who needs THAT in their lives? 🤷‍♀️She’s got to go 👎 Don’t be fooled by these folks whom refer to their shady operation as an ‘Agency’. They work directly for the Builder/Lender and there in-lies their loyalty..Not to their ‘clients’, whom I’m guessing are extremely short term once they realize the futility of any association here. **Beware of sharing any personal information/credentials with this organization as they were admittedly extremely careless with mine and forwarded to unknown and unverified entities/locations**if anything negative were to happen as a result, I would know whom is at fault**

  This experience with American Home Insurance Agency has been terrible. It started with Evan Frank trying to upsell and quoting me triple what I had been quoted elsewhere and telling me I had to go through them for insurance (which is illegal by the way) to now trying to get in touch with pretty much anyone else besides him in order to correct an ongoing urgent matter. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages and have not received a call back.

  I was initially connected with this agency through my home builder, and Michelle W. was assigned as my agent. During the stress of moving, I selected a plan quickly just to move the process forward. Several months later, I reached out to Michelle to review my coverage and explore bundling my home and auto policies. I had already done the necessary research and was simply looking for assistance with implementation. Unfortunately, the response I received was brief and did not address my questions, and I did not receive any further follow-up despite providing my contact information. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this agent or agency. I was ultimately able to find better coverage, more competitive pricing, and a significantly higher level of customer service with another provider.
