He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and did quality work. Unfortunately, my experience with the company's management was much less positive. Their pricing is too high—$150 per hour for one handyman is excessive. Communication between the headquarters and the Denver office was also very poor. They initially had the wrong address on my work order. I sent multiple text messages explaining that the address was incorrect, yet no one corrected it, and the first day handyman was still dispatched to the wrong location. In addition, I repeatedly informed the office that I wanted my ceiling painted. That information was never passed on to the handyman, so he arrived without the necessary equipment to do the job, causing unnecessary delays. Customer service was also slow. It often took too long to receive a response, and I had to follow up myself to find out why no one had gotten back to me. Overall, I was very satisfied with the craftsman's work, but I was disappointed with the company's management, communication, and pricing. Ace Handyman has skilled craftsmen, but the office operations need significant improvement.

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
Are your craftsman insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.
How much do you charge?
Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
What services do you provide?
We do over 1,000 projects from tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, soffit, fascia, gutter cleaning, fence/deck gate repairs. Helping you maintain your home. If isn’t something we do, we have great referrals to specialty contractors that we know, love and trust.
