Almost just got hit by a Sunbelt truck, driver literally ran a red light and almost hit me in the crosswalk as I was crossing the street.
If you can't hire competent drivers then I don't believe you're hiring competent sales reps or that you're taking care of your equipment.
Sorry Sunbelt but there's enough companies around that people don't need to settle for dangerous companies that don't care.

Edit: The company ended up issuing a refund and I received my credit after a few days. Still was out about $700 for a little less than a week. Changing my rating from one star to three stars this is an average company nothing special didn't seem to go out of my way to earn or keep my business.
Original: Rented a manlift for a day. Delivery was 2 hours late, equipment ran well but my biggest complaint is billing. The lift was $380 per day + $95 delivery and pickup. I asked for a grand total before we ordered and was told that it would depend on whether we used it for the 8 hour time frame more. Contract dropped off with the equipment States a total of $644.36 after tax. I now am supposed to pay $780ish and received notification that they billed me $1,288. I'm going to the office in the morning to find out what's going on. I DO NOT RECOMEND the use of this company, I feel very misled and taken advantage of. If I could leave no stars or negative Stars I definitely would.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.

If you need additional assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can arrange for next steps or a replacement. If you want to have protection in the event of damage, Sunbelt Rentals offers a Rental Protection Plan (RPP), which can be purchased at the start of your rental.
